most ridiculous delivery service I've ever experienced
The deliveryman implied to ask for extra fee to carry shipment more than 10kg to the elevator. When I was gonna agree to pay, he said he don't know how much is it. After I was annoyed with his attitude and said please take this parcel i don't want it. he offered to take shipment to the lift for free. The company deducted 200DKK for what they so-called expense while my order is free shipping. I don't know where their expense goes, maybe this awful delivery service. Also this deliveryman was racist as I don't speak Danish as an Asian

Hi,
So here comes the review you said you would provide. Yesterday, the man from Danske fragtmænd was at your address with your order. As written in our delivery terms, they generally only deliver to the curb. The driver did correctly mention that they are not paid for bringing the items inside (in this case, to your elevator), and he naturally doesn’t know what such an indoor delivery costs. However, he did eventually offer to do it for free. You refused to let him do so and ended up calling him "a black piece of shit." This is not acceptable.
As I told you yesterday, we will deduct the delivery costs from your items when they are returned to us, as you initially refused to accept them.

Fast delivery for special order
