Blanket stopped working within 3 months of purchase. No help from Beurer who said the warranty ( which expired after 2 months!) was with Amazon through whom it was purchased, zero help from them. Avoid this product at all costs.

SO DISAPPOINTED WITH BEURER UK....I have been buying Beurer heated blankets for over 10yrs. Initially they were very good but the last 2-3yrs I find they only work for about a year. I did not know they were warranted for 3yrs so every year I've purchased a new blanket from Amazon. I was recently made aware that they have 3yr warranty and as my last one which i purchased from ebay NEW as Amazon did not have it in stock and I needed it urgently as i had just come out of hospital after Major surgery and was in a lot of pain, it packed up after 18mths I reached out to Customer Service but was told they do not recognise ebay as a seller, after sending them my receipt. I am so disappointed with Beurer uk as I've supported and promoted them to family and friends for over 10yrs....

Quick and satisfactory response to a problem with our scales. After we sent proof of purchase and pictures we were provided with a replacement. I was dealt with with curtesy throughout an email exchange.

Customer service excellent.We a problem with a Beurer Hot pad it wouldn’t get warm it was 14 months old, we sent photos of the hot pad and receipt.
Agreed to send us a replacement.
Excellent customer services other Companies should learn from them.

Great product and better customer service. Bought a heated throw, which was lovely quality and warmed me up perfectly. It did stop heating up after a year. I contacted customer services, who replied quickly to my email and replaced the blanket . I wish every company responded so efficiently to emails. Highly recommend Beurer.

I bought the first Beurer Cosy Taupe in January 2025; it never worked. After a while Beurer agreed to replace it & I received a new one. However, I didn't use it until November 2025. This one worked for about a week or so, and when it did it was very good. But it then stopped working completely.
I then contacted Beurer Customer service on 21st November to ask if I could have a replacement under the 3 year guarantee. I didn't receive a reply from them. I resent my original email on 2nd December. I still haven't heard from them. I'm unimpressed by the product and the lack of response from Customer Service.

Excellent after sales service from Beurer. My heat mat stopped working after 18 months. I emailed Beurer. Carmela emailed me asking for photos which I send and she arranged for a new one to be sent.

I ordered a TENS machine to help manage a chronic pain condition, but the first device arrived faulty. After numerous emails, I finally received a replacement. However, within just a few months, the £160 TENS machine stopped working again. The company is now refusing to replace it and has told me to buy replacement parts through a third party that aren’t even in stock.
I’m now left without a functioning TENS machine, which has made living with chronic pain much more difficult. I am considering contacting Trading Standards to recover the cost of the device. Do not buy Beurer products.
The 3 year guarantee worked! I have a new heatpad!
My heat pad I bought 1.5years ago stopped working - I saw it had a 3 year guarantee so I contacted Beurer. Their communication was quick and they have now sent me a replacement! Im super happy. Thank you

Issue swiftly resolved.
I sent an email regarding an issue I had with a hairdressing tool. Carmela in customer services was super helpful. My emails were answered very quickly and she gave me positive and helpful advice on how to resolve the issue. Following this advice from Carmela the problem was resolved to my complete satisfaction. Burn from electric blanket
I bought an electric blanket from Beurer 2 years ago. The second winter of use I found it had made a burn on my 5 year old expensive mattress! I never left it on all night. After weeks of email correspondence with the company I sent the blanket back to the address given to me, Beurer are still looking for it. I have lost my confidence in their product and the slowness of remedial action.
My response to Beurer's reply:
This electric blanket was purchased directly from the Beurer UK website, the company has my order number and the item details. I made contact with the company in May and sent them several photographs of the blanket and the burn on my mattress (fortunately fire retardant); I would have hoped that this information alone would have led to the company compensating me without this stress of now wondering where the blanket has gone to.
It was 8 weeks ago that I sent the blanket to the address provided to me by Beurer via Royal Mail tracked delivery, paid for by myself. Unfortunately, my belongings have been moved since then and I cannot find the tracking receipt (I should have taken a photo), I know the exact date and place of posting but that doesn't help me. As a frequent user of Royal Mail, with no previous issues, I find it hard to believe a large box has gone astray en route. I had assumed the company had received it and was dealing with the matter.
At the point of purchase I thought I had bought a quality product and it did not cross my mind that a fault might occur and I should check the company's method of returning items, this experience had made me very suspicious of online ordering.
