I buy a flying ball for my daughter for Christmas, the toy was broken , i asked for a refund or remplacement of the toy a month and a half ago and they always respond that they are working on the case?????

I got a polygel nail kit for my sister from beumoon. After I had paid for it, I went on multiple websites and saw all the bad reviews concerning beumoon. I was completely worried that my $30 dollars would go to waste. The package arrived today and it was exactly as described and perfectly packaged. I don't think beumoon deserves this bad of a reputation but that's just my experience

The ice defroster they are advertising and selling is just a air freshener
They even sent me a note stating that it is just a sales gimmick by the sales team but will make NO restitution
It is still taking time to get reimbursed through my credit card
Do NOT do business with them

Complete scam. I only clicked on one star because I couldn’t write a review if I didn’t. It deserves 10 negative stars. Pinterest should be held responsible for using this site as an advertiser. I informed them of the scam but they keep using Beumoon.

If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT. I ordered their antifreeze car snow removal device. What they sent me was a ridiculous aromatherapy device. The website clearly stated it removed ice an snow from a vehicle. I made the mistake of not opening the package when it arrived because it was a Christmas present so I had it over the 14 day refund policy. Biggest rip off ever!!! Device and box it arrived in looked like the one on their website but it definitely was not. SO UPSET AS I PAID $26 FOR S STUPID CAR FRESHNER NOT A SNOW REMOVAL DEVICE AS ADVERTISED. COMPLETE FRAUD!!

Stay away from these frauds . They have zero customer service for a reason . The laser they sent is rubbish . It is broken . They refuse to refund and have no returns policy .

Ordered bottle opener system well before Christmas did not arrive and after Christmas received a small corkscrew worth about £3! No response to my emails this company should be struck off as they are a total fraud. Lost all my money. Buyers beware!!

Ordered a Christmas gift in good time for delivery. Its now to late to have the gift arrive for Christmas. Didn't realise this gift was being shipped from China. The address they give in email is in the USA. BUYER BEWARE.

The package arrived in early January, 2024. The item was broken and unusable. Emails to this company get answered telling you that the matter is with the team.

Their terms and conditions say that there is no refund 14 days after delivery.

They are scammers!!
I bought 2 Rechargeable Electric Wine Bottle Opener set around €31 each, and they sent me 2 normal wine oppeners which cost probably €1.50 each

If I could give no stars I would. This site is an absolute scam. I ordered something for my 2 year old for Christmas. I paid 50 euro for what essentially is a Tupperware box of junk. It in no way resembles what I ordered. I might as well have flushed that 50 euro down the toilet. I have no idea why they haven’t been shut down. They are criminals.

I ordered 4 of the Pinterest advertised wine bottle opener sets. 30 days later I received 4 small scale corkscrew bottle openers sold at stores like the Dollar store. They took me for $100.00. My email letter of complaint was not delivered stating my service was not accepted by their server.

I just received my order #24595 the Retro Rocket Lighter and what I received is not what I ordered. The Retro Rocket Lighter shown on the website has a clear tank to view the lighter fluid inside. Also the igniting mechanism is completely different. When trying to contact them at the email address given it doesn’t exist despite receiving promotional emails from them. When trying to write a review the submit button does not work. I have yet to hear any response back.

I received the wrong item. There is no phone number, I kept sending emails, never got a response. Do not order from this company.

I ordered a lighter for my husband for Christmas. It arrived and is very cheap and nothing like the ad. The ad was a video that showed how unique it was and how to put it together. Very disappointed in what I received.
