Avoid at all costs
Avoid at all costs. Deposited £100 and the money did not land in my account. I spoke to “Drake” on the chat and said I was to show him a screenshot. I did this and he said I needed to wait. I have never experienced this across my years of play so I asked him again where the money was because it’s been taken from my bank. He explained it wasn’t the casino nor was it my bank but it was the payment provider who was delaying the cash. He said “he will send it over shortly”. He? So the payment provider is one man. I said “who is he?” This is not normal practice for a reputable Casino. This is very very dodgy. He took my £100 but glad they didn’t get any more of my money.

Verification is ridiculous, I'm not sure if they've ever paid anyone out, first they ask for a picture of driving licence I did this, then they wanted a selfie with passport I did this then they wanted a hand written note which I had to hold in one hand with passport while taking a selfie, then they said it was a photo and it had to be a selfie knowing how awkward taking a selfie fitting everything in would be, then they wanted proof of payment said that would be verified after that sent them screen shot not good enough asked for pdf file I sent that, now saying I verified with driving licence even though I'm not verified so I now have to take a photo with that, keep saying silly things like the can't see my wrist holding the phone so there not sure if I've took the picture, I'm a photographer how can you possibly show your holding the phone without covering your selfie and showing the documents they want to see, they have driving license, passport, proof of address, hand written note and bank statement with proof of payment, I've been trying to get my money for weeks now and I'm a terminal cancer patient and they've caused me nothing but stress, I feel like there having a laugh at my expense there constantly moving the goal posts , I will be contacting the comission and casino guru, I promise you all I've done 10 times more then any other casino to verify, I've been verified on five other sites in the matter of one hour, they will probably reply and try and blame me, they don't reply to emails they simply will not pay...update verified my account today then wouldn't pay out then unverified me again for no reason...update since reply they did verified me but then wouldn't pay out, tried getting crypto then sent me a an email saying I needed to verify it was my address and that I take full responsibility for withdrawals to that address which I did, rejected again, talked to them live then they sent me an email asking me to comfort I wanted crypto I confirmed again, tried to withdraw was rejected again, went on live chat again now they wanted a hand written letter with me asking to be paid in crypto, don't be fooled by there responses, I screen recorded all are chats other the course of 3 weeks they will be getting shut down

I have given one star because I can't give less. I am being inundated by emails from this company using a defunct company's name 'toysrus' as part of their email address. Overnight I have received 16 emails. I am really anti gambling so they couldn't send it to a more unlikely person. I dare not unsubscribe for fear of getting more as other gambling sites use this address too. Blocking them doesn't work. I'm absolutely sick of it and have reported them to phishing.gov.uk and Microsoft. Get me off your mailing list now. Update
