Today was the worst customer service experience that I've ever came across. The wait time to get your wins are simply too long it's giving a company that does like to payout but hounds you down to make a deposit. So after waiting over 12 hours to get my wins of $440 they contacted me about some bullshit. The security Jim was the absolute worst!!! He told me that I should "stop gambling because all I do is come on betus to play one game." Long story (short version) he was RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. I recorded the whole conversation. I submitted documents and a pic of myself that they requested and you know what?? My money is still sitting on the account!

This place is an absolute scam the customer service is a joke the whole thing is a joke I 183 dollars and they wouldn't let me pay out they gave me the runaround and then they shut off my account so I couldn't get the $83 they're bunch of low life scumbags stay away

A payout was approved for $1800 on January 19,2026 for funds that I had won on their website. It is now March 5th and I have still not received the funds. I have given them all the required documents from the bank on 2 different occasions as proof that I have not yet received the money. I have gotten several different excuses. They're now claiming the wire transfers are experiencing delays. I was told that the payout would be wired within 15-18 business days beginning from January 19th, it has now been over 45 days. Their resolution was for me to cancel the payout and request payment in Bitcoin. That is not an option for me. When I deposited money in my BetUs account the money immediately went into the account, now its going on 2 months for me to receive a payout. I am not sure if this Company is incompetent or just a fraudulent business. I strongly recommend using another Website service. This has been the worst experience I've had with a Company ever. Update as of 3/11/26, I was told by BetUs that I would receive my payout by 3/10/26, this still has happened. I will update again when I am paid.

I am a recovering from gambling addiction and I asked at least 20 times to not call, email, or message me one year ago and yet they continually call and message me I even talked with management and it did absolutely nothing obviously!!!!

if you need to sport gamble highly recommend draftkings because they are not like used cars sales people and also respect if you need a break from gambling.

Bogus live betting. I have been screwed numerous times with score change before wager is accepted.

Most recent issue is the confirming time of bet. The timer keeps spinning like it’s finalizing but never does. I refreshed and one time it took the bet. Another time it didn’t. And it’s all my fault. My browser. My WiFi.

Worst game site. Do not use them. After wining they would not pay out until you use your roll bonus which they factor 14x. So now they are stringing me along to wager a 10k before any pay.

Thieves! They will not pay you. They offer a $50 dollar free pay and when you play it, they will make you play over 15k before you cash out. I am a small player that was up a couple grand, asked to transfer and they told me I couldn’t have it until I hit 13 more thousand dollars of gaming. Called them and they are truly con artists

They take a % of your winnings if you try to take your money out it's ridiculous. They also make it very hard to withdrawal your money.

You have no idea what your rollover is unless you request it and wait for an email to show up within 24 hours. After my debit info was stolen on 4 separate occasions (always after using this site), I deleted my account.

Every bad thing you read about Betus is true! In my nearly 30 years of sports gambling I have never encountered anything as bad as Betus. Almost zero chance of getting a payout. I accepted the fact I was only going to receive half the money I won because of some crooked rule about only being allowed to make 5 times the free money they give him. After a few days of bs excuses they approved my payout. I tried to login so I could complete my bitcoin transaction but they had locked my account so I couldn't. This is a very shady company!' scam!!! i got a call from them after signing up and was told i would get a free $20 to play on if i set up a crypto account right before i whent to give them my crypto account info i googled if they were legit and seen so many reviews about them taking money out of peoples bank accounts fraudantly and not allowing people to withdrawal there winnings thankfully i hung up before giving them any of my banking info.but please be aware they are trying to get you to give them ur banking info so they can take money out of ur account!
