I bought a product from this company over three months ago on subscription in between which time I moved house and because I had no email to confirm subscription I wasn’t able to manage it and honestly forgot about it then I received an email saying thank you for my order at 5:30 am and two hours later a confirmation email that the three month supply had been shipped so when I woke up, I was not at all happy that I hadn’t been offered a chance to review my subscription to see if it’s still fit with me then I went onto the website submitted a form that says customer service would get back to me within 24 hours I also sent an email directly to the customer care again because I had moved. I wouldn’t receive this order and it was a lot of money to go out without any warning so I was livid not happy. I kept emailing completing forms no response then on the third day of waiting, I got fed up and I wrote a trustpilot review then on the same day I did receive a response back and a very quick efficient resolution once they did connect with me everything was resolved respectfully and easily but to get to this process was very stressful. They need to have in place user accounts so users can check on their subscriptions and not be surprised by early morning orders that they haven’t had a chance to consider .

Beware. At the checkout they ask if you want a discount. You assume it’s on what you’ve just placed an order for.
No it’s not. If you say you want the discount you suddenly realise they’ve taken payment and the discount is on another pot of what you’ve ordered. Too late, the payment has been taken and you’ve ended up getting double what you wanted.
I’ll never use them again. It’s daylight fraud.

I have sent 4 emails requesting to cancel my subscription and I have not had a reply!! Instead you have sent out another order! Someone get back to me!!!

I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I placed an order nearly a month ago and it has not yet been dispatched. Communication from the company has been poor, I had to chase them up after two weeks to find out what was happening but now I can't get hold of them at all. I just want my money back now so will have to go through my bank to try and get it back.

My wife recently purchased some probiotics, which were of no benefit to her what so ever. She was then amazed to find that she was on a renewed subscription where they were sending two bottles per month and charging us without any notification prior to doing so. We contacted them where they failed to meet their 24hr reply statement which then required a further email from ourselves where they informed us that she had signed up to a monthly subscription. This was certainly never intentional and we have now managed to, or at least we hope we have, cancelled this as it can't be done on their website, only by email, which if by our experience, they dont check, then this may not be the case.I will never deal with this company again as their customer service is appaling, where you can't speak to someone and with an ordering system that is equally shocking. On reading other reviews, we are clearly not alone with this view. AVOID!!!!

I have IBS,so I was looking for a reputable company that supplies a quality biotic complex that I hoped would help my symptoms.On reading about bettervits 60 day money back guarantee I thought that sounded good.Big mistake on my part.Unfortunately the biotic complex did not help my IBS,so I emailed bettervits to ask for a refund and I would send the remaining capsules I had left back to them.I bought 3 bottles from them and had only used one and a bit.I tried to contact them by email a few times and never got a reply.The last email I sent was returned to me within 2 minutes.So obviously they had no intention of honouring there return policy.I am very angry about them trying to rip me off,as there products are quite expensive.So if your looking for similar products form a reputable company that honours there return policy,I would strongly advise to look elsewhere.

I have been buying the Probiotics from Bettervits for the last year….. Always good service from the team.
Avoid at all costs! I have decided to sign up for a one off delivery in which I have proof, they kept sending and taking money even though it wasn’t what was agreed or signed up for. They don’t reply to emails regardless of what email address are being sent to and they continue to take money. I had to block them through my account. Be warned nasty vicious scheming company that don’t provide items that even work

I ordered my product (dietary supplement) after seeing a good review on ‘clinical-reviews’ website. I foolishly opted for a subscription to obtain the discount this provided. The order was placed on 28/04/2026. The first warning sign was that no confirmatory email or text was received. By 9/05/2026 the product had not been received. I checked that payment had been made, and it had, the money was paid via PayPal on the date the order was placed. I submitted a complaint to PayPal and I am now promised a refund. I have also cancelled the standing order for the subscription. Post Script: as a result of this review Bettervits have been in touch with me with an apology and refund. As a result of this I've increased my star rating to 2 stars.
