I’m not too big on interacting with people but the Veterinarian most definitely made me feel more comfortable than I thought. I will be making another appointment through BetterVet.

Absolutely a fabulous experience; my Max had become fearful at the local veterinary office and BetterVet sent two amazing individuals Dr Wilson and Matty. They were able to get my boy at ease and he had 4 shots without being traumatized!!!❤️ I am so glad to have found BetterVet!

They were on time
They were on time, treated my pet very kind. The service is nice when you have a pet who doesn’t do well in a office with other dogs.

Could not have been a better experience! My dog is a nervous wreck at the vets and shakes with fear the entire time. Having him be comfortable at home with me was such a life saver! The vet and assistant were incredibly kind and caring and gentle with my dog even as he was not terribly cooperative for a blood test. Will absolutely use in the future!

The doctor was great 👍 we had plenty of time to discuss all my concerns, I didn’t feel rushed like at other vet offices plus my baby was a lot less nervous because we didn’t have to go to the scary place! Lol I think it’s great I don’t have to bring him in a environment where he could possibly get sick! Not only that but the doctor and her assistants did their best to keep everything with in the plan that I purchased! It was great I love 💕 bettervet I will never go to another vet office again bettervet is the most intelligent and loving choice for your furry family members! I promise you won’t be disappointed!!!!!!!!!

Also, I made the appt with Dr Wilson but then received a message saying it would be a different vet. I complained but our dog LILi needed her shots and was told it would be a long wait for Dr Wilson. However, Dr Wilson showed up to my surprise! We were very happy to see her.
