Very reasonable price and having just made my first claim after several years with a policy, the process was very quick and painless with good customer service. Would definitely recommend.

Product was well priced, well specified and easy to buy so full marks for that. Scoring is difficult as fortunately I did not need to make a claim, however it seems unfair to mark it down because I didn’t. I’ve bought their policies before and I would buy again. I believe they are a good insurer.

Have used many times, straightforward and can even get a 10% discount code to make cheaper. So far I have never had to use the actual insurance, but so much better value than buying from the car hirer - one day's cost with them is usually more than total Bettersafe cost! Always tell others to do this.

Very simple buying process. Have used Bettersafe for years - very reliable.

To do what I want with Bettersafe is so simple. I can complete my insurance within minutes payment is just as easy. If you haven't used the Bettersafe service before it is competitive enough to give it a try. You won't be disappointed.

Very simple process with ideal level of cover. Much better value than paying the hire company for equivalent cover. Peace of mind on holiday helps tremendously.

I made a mistake with the policy. When I phoned, I was given clear instructions about what to do: policy cancelled and refund arranged. I then rearranged the policy with no problem. Good prompt service.

Problems with the website. Took a long time. Automatic renewal wasn’t working. Had to email customer services and then sort car hire insurance again on their website. All done in the end but took far too long.
