They don't care about human suffering

I'm Ukrainian and wanted to create a fund to collect money for hemostatic medical supplies for the Ukrainian army.
Something like Celox A Applicator, because this thing are critically needed in a war zone and can save many soldiers.
Unfortunately betterplace.me wrote a weird email saying that they can't accept my request to create a charity fund because the country is under sanctions.
Complete nonsense, don't know which place they want to make better but definitely this place is not in our universe.
