Called to see about getting a consultation. I could barely understand the guy on the phone had a foreign accent i could not understand. i finally gave up after having to repeat my self and asking him what he said.
Total scam company! After my initial purchase, they started auto charging/shipping product that i never requested. Their 'website' offers ZERO insight into your account, orders or costs. "My account" is literally one page with your billing address. Also, after the initial equipment purchase, which was 90% covered by insurance, they over charged me $190. Which was only refunded after I logged into my insurance website and told her the amounts did not make any sense. Beware!!! Buy supplies from Amazon instead.
This is an awful company to work with. I just continue to have issues. Customer service is so difficult to get through to. The new automated system does its best to not let you speak to a live person. I got put in a holding queue, then the call disconnected. Still waiting on a call back. I am so sorry Better Night bought out my previous company Sleep Data.
