Been taking BetterMan Labs for 2 months — I feel sharper in the gym and more motivated every day. Could be placebo but either way, it works.

Made an order a few weeks ago, got a message saying will be delivered next few day, still waiting couple of weeks later, numerous emails unanswered, to make things worse got an import tax payment too for my late order, edit
I did recieve emails since about customs charge and late delivery, offered a refund, so i will be updating my feedback,
Further update regarding late delivery, customer service reached out and sent the same order for free so fair play to them.

My order was damaged in transit, one small email to BetterMan Labs and they had another order out to me within the same week. I would definitely buy from them again.

Been on them for a while now, feel I have a bit more energy than I used to despite getting older

Been taking the better man capsules for over 3 weeks now, alongside ashwaganda and feeling more energised, having much better sleep, not waking up too tired.

Bought the testosterone supplement a few weeks ago and really impressed so far.

Since that review went live, "Trust Pilot" contacted me asking for my tel number as the company wished to contact me directly. I provided my contact details and was contacted via "WhatsApp" by Byron the company owner, who took the time out to reach out, listen to my experience and then refunded my costs. What an absolute 5 star, first class example of how to run a business. I could not have been more than delighted with the way this purchase/refund was handled. This particular product was not for me, but I'll certainly be recommending and hopefully purchasing from this company in the future. Top class product, unlike anything else in the market, so I’ve returned again for resupply.

UK imports into Ireland have proved difficult since Brexit but BML had set up an EU site.

The Irish customs and postal service have been making a killing on import duty and extortionate handling fees, so this is a good development from BML.

Unfortunately some testing issues still exist. In steps Melissa from customer service.
Any issues I’ve had at any point have been excellently handled and always in a very fair manner by BLM, particularly with Mellisa’s 5 star customer assistance.

I hope BLM sort out the glitch with Irish import, as I’m sure it is similar for other EU countries. This will help BLM grow to the company it certainly deserves to be.
