Love the ease of Better Impact and the app is very user friendly.

Highly intuitive. Making volunteer recruitment, management, engagement, evaluation, and volunteer program review so much more powerful.

I have used Better Impact for 6 years and have found that their response time is accurate when asking a question. Though sometimes the system can't do what I am asking, they will suggest some option to get a similar result.

Better Impact, and more specifically Volunteer Impact is what got our medical volunteer program through Covid. The system switch for our 300+ volunteers in 2019 was nearly seamless and everyone who made the swap with us has been very happy. Non-volunteer management staff find it easy to use and navigate even when they are not in and out of it every day. The flexible set up allows us to pivot on a dime when a change needs to happen and the variety of activity set ups helps us customize volunteer set up for ever kind of clinic that we have. I cannot speak highly enough of this product and how it has impacted our volunteer operations.

Better Impact is still one of the most competitive applications for volunteer engagement and management. With its capacity to have user self-direct their customisation without the need of paying additional or having to raise IT tickets, teams can quickly add-in features as they grow, or the need arises. I've successfully used this product now for 4 years and whilst there are some improvements, I'd love to see there are options to voice these through their feedback feature, to which they respond once it has been created. I've reviewed various other programs and this one still provides more benefits at a competitive rate.

Better Impact software is a life saver. When I started working at this job, I had no idea what Better Impact was about, then I started taking all the eLearning trainings, when I was requested a report, I emailed the crew from Better Impact and they are on point to help you, give you ideas on how to or go aground. They surely do facilitate our progress in knowing where to go or what to do to resolve the issue. Thank you.

This site is awesome for offering the ability to create and sort volunteers based on interests or qualifications. It makes pairing people so much easier and its pretty quick to learn how to set up.

I've been using Better Impact over the past 6 years in a variety of volunteering organisations. What impresses me is the continued improvement of the software built on the needs of both volunteer managers and their volunteers. It continues to become more responsive, adding more functionality, but without complexity, which saves us time and allows us to better build cohesive and well-functioning volunteer teams.

Recently running my department's volunteer programme, I find Better Impact a simple yet broad and multipurpose way of recruiting and structuring our volunteer teams.

Better Impact continues to impress me with its versatility for our needs. Managing volunteers in a continuous capacity and significant seasonal events nationally. Each has complexities, requirements, and restrictions, and we have been able to work with this software. The online support by staff is greatly appreciated and efficient. The online resources are well-constructed and easy to follow, and the software is very user-friendly and easy to learn on the fly. There are always areas for improvement, and it would be nice to have updates to be more regular. It would also be great for more adaptability for the different regions (countries). SMS out-out versus the current op-in would be advantageous.

Enjoying the instructional videos. Like the way that the pages are organized. Badges ...great incentives...if there was a gold star to be had I was all about that growing up. It's in my DNA.

Better Impact is a great software tool for managing a volunteer base. After personally using it for over a year, I'm still finding new features to incorporate into our program. The one drawback - I wish they make the app a little more user friendly (less redundancy in clocking in, etc) and I wish they released new features more frequently! Overall - I am happy with this platform and would recommend it to others!

I have been using Better Impact for almost 4 years. We have a large volunteer pool and bring in about 3,500 applications a year. This is the only platform that I believe can manage this quantity for the price point they offer. Just over two years ago our organization decided to move away from Better Impact. A few long months later we ended up coming back because we knew we had made a mistake. We appreciate Better Impact and what they offer for the price.
