It’s a fraud company .

It’s a fraud company .. first show cash on delivery option .. when u order something they send u message to pay online and get discount. When I paid again a message received saying order is cancelled and refund will be done. Now again when I tried to order it is saying mandatory 100 rs to pay in advance

My Comments about the Helen comment is Same the Vijay is a very disrespectful lady i realy hate her dealing skills.And dont waste time in betterhomes bad services and bad atmosphere.Never again i will deal with betterhomes such a disrespectful property management specially their employee Vijay such a lack of customer service skill very rude and unprofessional I wonder why such a reputable company hires a low class rude person as their front liner it ruins the whole image of the company. Terrible service

Terrible service , one of the employees at better homes tried to scam me . They posted a house on the intertnt for 1000 - but he personally messaged me saying it was 1100 thinking I was not aware if the add , fraudulent agents trying to pocket money and profit from vulnerable individuals . Will be reporting them
and taking it further .

worst experience ever

I am writing to formally express my profound dissatisfaction and disappointment with the services provided by Better Homes over the past year. I have encountered significant issues during my dealings with your agency, which have resulted in financial losses, emotional distress, and a severe impact on my living arrangements.

Around a year ago, I entrusted Better Homes with the task of assisting me in purchasing a studio. Unfortunately, the entire process was damaged by a series of mishaps and negligence on the part of your agency. To my dismay, the deal fell through because the seller did not signed an extension to Form F. I was left completely unaware of this situation, despite having diligently followed the guidance provided by your agents. This has culminated in a scenario where I should have been rightfully compensated by the seller for the costs I had incurred and for the deposit cheque, but instead I found myself not only denied compensation but also apprehensive about losing the money I had already invested in the process. Also my personal time was spent and lost because of this situation.

More recently, the disheartening experiences continued when I engaged the services of two agents from Better homes - one representing the seller and the other, the buyer (myself). The seller's agent, in particular, displayed unethical conduct that has left me in an extremely precarious situation. He falsely informed me that the house I was interested in, even though it was already rented, had a tenant who was not interested in renewing the lease in February.

He, in essence, dissuaded me from contacting the tenant directly. Trusting his statements, I proceeded with the transaction, only to discover that the seller's agent had concealed the tenant's true intentions. The aftermath of this deceitful practice is profoundly troubling, as it has left me facing the sudden need to issue a one-year eviction notice to the tenant, which has completely disrupted my housing plans.

We are expecting a child at the end of March, and we had planned to move into the new property in February. This predicament has created significant stress and inconvenience, and it has a direct impact on our ability to provide a suitable living environment for our growing family. I am deeply disappointed by the gross misconduct and lack of professionalism displayed by this agent of better homes (Wahid).

As a client, I trusted your agency to provide accurate and honest information, as well as to protect my interests during the property transaction. Instead, I have experienced a series of misrepresentations, negligence, and unethical behavior that have led to a situation that could have far-reaching consequences for my family. Now, I find myself in an incredibly distressing situation where I have already invested a substantial amount of money in the down payment for the property, and I may be forced to rent an alternative place with my pregnant wife and a baby on the way.

This is not only a financial burden but also a significant emotional hardship, as it disrupts the stability and comfort that I had anticipated for my growing family. Please consider the gravity of this situation and the severe impact it has had on my life. I trusted your agency to guide me through these critical life decisions, and the consequences of your agents' actions have left me in an untenable position.

Very happy with the service and in…

Very happy with the service and in particular I would like to mention Vijy with whom we have been dealing with the last two years she is one of the best property supervisors that I have been assigned to. She has helped us in many stressful situation related to the maintenance and she has acted quickly in resolving the issues.

Having lived in UAE for 32 years of which the last 15 years were spent in an apartment managed by Better Homes has been a fantastic experience. Staff incl security has been very prompt in attending to complaints, efficient and supportive. Calling out to Viji for her patience and understanding.

Al Meraikhi Tower

We moved to Al Meraikhi Tower, managed by Betterhomes in year 2019 up to this date. Ms. Wilma & Mr. Praveen - Property Administratos are wonderful, approachable and attends to our concerns. The residence is very much accessible to the Metro, main highway Sheikh Zayed Rd., near to offices, cafes and grocery shop, Building is well maintained, have 24/7 Security guards. Gym and rooftop pool!

We are very happy to stay in betterhomes managed building and when vijaya is their to take care of all the problems and maintenance in the apartment.

I and my family have known vijaya for many years and we appreciate her personality and attitude while dealing with the maintenace issues.

We are staying in international city more than 7 years . Vijy and her team has taken great efforts to serve us really It was always an easy and hassle free transaction with Vijy and team.
