Poor Ethics, Bad English
Revray has poor communication skills and bad English. He mostly transfers basic knowledge and does not offer pro tips. He is just another lucky dude who's reached the top. I wouldn't recommend this guy at all.

A Total Letdown - Avoid at All Costs!
This service was an absolute nightmare. From the poorly designed website that made navigation a headache to the atrocious communication and lack of knowledge from the staff, the entire experience was a disaster. The end product was subpar, riddled with errors, and not worth the price. Save yourself the frustration and find a service with a functional website and competent staff. This one is simply not worth your time or money! Refunds takes 2-3 business days to get through as well. Just avoid this site completely and choose something else like eb24 or tapin.gg.

Awfull customer service So first of all, he came late - about 20 minutes later than we agreed to. Secondly, eventhought their"coaches" do speak a bit of english and surely understands the game, however he can not express his ideas clearly. Order took a couple days to appear on profile
Paid for a 3 hour coaching service, but it did not show up in my orders. Hasn't been resolved by support in 24 hours and now i'm filing a chargeback.
The website is buggy to the point you question the legitimacy of it. I might just have lost 100$ due to a "technical error", or scam?
Purchase at your own risk.
----EDIT----: The issue has been resolved, after a couple days the order appeared on my profile. My excuses for overreacting, I didn't get an explanation so I got very suspicious

Great Coaches; Clunky Website UI
Great coaches, however the website navigation and UI definitely need a lot of work. It's clunky and buggy at times. But in terms of the service I got from the actual coach, no issues. ProGuide's platform and UI is much slicker, but Bettergamer has a wider selection of coaches.
