Better Bidders Inc. Reviews

Excellent Service. Fast Turnaround and Even Faster Shipping! John was excellent to work with and I was worried our timeline for the event would be too tight given we we were working around the holidays for an early January event. It was a pleasure connecting with John on the phone about any questions and details; the end product was beautiful. The event raised over $1 million and the title sponsor was happy to see their logo going up on the back of every bid paddle as money was raised! A win for everyone.

Our paddles look fantastic and are high quality. John worked with us to get just what we wanted! Great communication and responsive.

Helpful with all our organizations needs.

John at Better Bidders was wonderful. He was extremely knowledgeable and processed our order in record time. It made our gala fundraiser a success. I would highly recommend this company for its quality and integrity.

What a great company! We needed auction paddles for our upcoming 35th Anniversary for the Brisben Homeless Center. We received in record time quality paddles with numbers 1 -200. There are perfect for our event.
I highly recommend Better Bidders! Professional group with quality products and services. Outstanding service!!!!

John was a great help in a very short turnaround! Products arrived quickly and were exactly what we needed for our event!

I could not recommend this business more, they are simply fabulous! I ordered the Olympic rings for a gift and they arrived broken from delivery. I called and John immediately took action before I could even ask. The new sign arrived in mint conditions along with his note of well wishes. The rings are absolutely perfect and my daughter is in love with them! The quality is better than I had hoped.
Thank You so much

We were in a major time crunch as bidder paddles were a very last minute decision. John was able to help us get the paddles turned around (even with a sponsor logo on them) and shipped for arrival a day before the event! Plus he worked with us as best he could on the shipping costs. Great guy, excellent communication, quality product...highly recommend this small family business!

John was fantastic to work with, and the bid paddles came out great! John was very helpful when it came to discussing our production timeline and actually had our paddles delivered earlier than anticipated! Will order from Better Bidders again for future events.

I've used better bidders for years across several organizations. When people ask for a recommendation I always recommend John. I like that when I call I reach a person, not just a corporation. I think they can work on their communication, but if you email and call to follow up, John always delivers. He stands behind his products. He also knows events are stressful so he does everything in his power to ensure you have your product on time.

For one event I realized 2 weeks out we didn't have enough paddles and he rushed our order, which was such a relief!

One of my favorite things about his company is when you're missing paddle numbers from events (people take them home, they get thrown away, or broken), you can request specific numbers that are missing.

Overall, I will continue to use Better Bidders and will continue to recommend them to anyone who asks.

We enjoyed working with John. He makes you feel like you are buying from a person and not a corporation. The paddles we received are quality!

Great to communicate with and worked diligently to ensure a timely delivery for our event!! So worth the money. Loved the design and can't wait to use these paddles for future events

John was very helpful when I was placing my order, and attentive to my requests in its customization. He clarified my order before printing to make sure that I understood what I was asking for (I did not, so that was very much appreciated). His work was excellent, and the paddles look great!

I was able to speak to John personally to make sure that I ordered what I wanted correctly.

Great paddles! We used these paddles for our charity auction at our annual gala. They were excellent quality and delivered on schedule.

Personal service from John. Responded quickly to emails and received the order exactly as promised.

We had a great experience with Better Bidders! Fair pricing, easy to work with and a quick turnaround. I highly recommend BB.

John was especially helpful in the initial phases of scoping the company, testing samples, and then placing our order. The order arrived as he said it would, and we are very happy with the quality of the product.

We had Better Bidders create new auction paddles for the last two years, and the experience has been wonderful! Communication was easy - if I had a question, I'd get a response within a few hours, and they were so accommodating with changes and rush requests. I can't recommend Better Bidders enough!
