Allowed to order on the website. Next day delivery if placed before 13:00. Chased the next morning about the delivery time to find out it’s out of stock. No other like for like available. Why was I allowed to order!? Meh.

Would not buy from this company again - damaged bed, didn’t arrive when said & when it did only box 1 of 2 came with the 2nd box a week later even though I had cancelled my order. I had to do lots of chasing. You also don’t get a refund until the box is on the lorry even though I emailed photos of the damage. The bed is also not coming from Better Bed Company it’s from another supplier. Lee was very helpful over the phone though but still wouldn’t buy from them again as clearly they don’t check the beds before dispatch.

Brilliant company
I would highly recommend Better Bed Company for their competitive prices, quality mattresses & brilliant customer service. I ordered a mattress from them but encountered a problem so I got in touch & Lee was really helpful, he sorted it all out, arranged everything with the warehouse & kept me informed throughout, he also resolved my issue faster than I thought it was going to be so that's a bonus too! I placed an order for my new home but then the date changed for the move in date. Lee from the better bed company was super efficient and delayed the delivery date for me so it coincided with the new move in date. Top notch service and I am really pleased with the mattress I bought. If you get the chance give these guys a go definitely worth it :)
