Extremely well-planned scam!
As soon as your winnings are mature, they require you to link your defi wallet to theirs to steal all your money. They operate as though you must have a specific quantity of bitcoin or cryptocurrency in your wallet in order to activate the payment mechanism. All your crypto enter their system and you lose the ability to spend them in a split second.

When I attempted to cash out the interest from my wagers, I lost seventy-five thousand dollars. SCAM!!! SCAM!!!

A group of users on Telegram support them and urge others to place bets with them. They all vanish as soon as they realize you've seen their questionable behavior.

People, take caution!

At first, it seemed difficult to get my money back, but coin-diligence helped me address the damage and recover what I could.

The website is undergoing “upgrades” but it’s just an excuse to take your money and not honour the bets you win.

The guy who is responsible known as “thelurker” on discord and telegram once promised any bets still active would be honoured but after the bets have been won, puff - vanished like a ghost with all ur money (winnings + initial bet)

Betswap.gg is by far the worst online casino I’ve ever used. Depositing money is instant and works flawlessly, but the moment you try to withdraw your winnings, they hit you with endless ‘technical issues’ related to your bank. It’s clearly a scam tactic — they’re more than happy to take your money, but when it’s time to pay out, everything suddenly goes wrong. Avoid this site at all costs.

I deposited 10doller for verification and again it asked for 25 doller for withdrawal owner conformation I deposited again but it is not giving withdrawal fake if not do help with my withdrawal

I deposited money and than when I try to withdraw funds it won’t let me cause I have to deposit another $150 ! SMH waisting my money got scammed out of my hard earned money they scam u to deposit when it’s time to withdraw it won’t let u . Hate it . Customer support sucks they won’t even let u call .

Just few scammers trying to scam people and instagram is doing damn good job to make the people fall in this trap....
They take 10 usd to verify and then they do give a single penny in withdraw..... Just wow what a easy way to earn 10 bucks....

On the very first deposit i win big amount but after that i try to withdraw but it failed so i connect to chat and one of them told me to complete kyc and I did that and after that i try again to withdraw but this they directly blocked my account and after that I literally mail them 5-6 time but its nearly 10 days and still no reply so guys be careful with it. They are lazy in their work or just avoid me so they don’t have to unblock my account. Scammers!!! 10apr account blocked 8 days specifically my user id is 99911

Look - the site itself is fine and works when betting and so on.

The withdrawal system is well and truly broken, or just incompetent. They have a 'fast' smart contract withdrawal system which requires manual approval for any sort of decent amount. In that way it's not different to web2 betting platform and your funds are held hostage for days before they approve withdrawals unless you are lucky enough to withdraw a small enough amount that it's instant. I've done more than 25 withdrawals, one was instant - the rest i had to reach out to chat every single time, often more than 12 hours later. I wish the site withdrawals worked but they don't, and unfortunately that makes the site pretty much unusable. If in the future they fix this broken system I'll be happy to alter the review but for not this is what it is.

Signed up, deposited and played. Won a small bit so I withdrew it, I then wanted to cancel the withdrawal. I contacted live chat and my request was fulfilled within 1 minute (how convenient)
Later, after I deposited multiple times and proceeded to win I tried withdrawing my funds but my withdrawals were REJECTED then I had to go back to Live chat and a FRANCISCO guy told me I now needed to complete KYC. Literally gave me no reason as to why!

Stayed on chat and told him to close my account and return my funds but he refused. Then he told me he would not speak to me via live chat!!! I never insulted this guy or was rude.

Terrible service - If you are looking to play here, DON'T!!!

As I'm writing this message he is still ignoring me on chat. Never have I dealt with such incompetence and made up rules. He literally couldn't give me a reason for KYC, but regardless he cannot keep my deposited funds legally, he knows this, but his rudeness is withholding my funds on purpose. Typical delay tactics

There is only one conclusion, the problem is not solved even if you write to their internal mail . In a word, scammers don’t play here, they don’t withdraw money until you lose, they say you need to do a rollover, but no matter how much you play, you have to play again and again until you lose everything

When u r wining big they will just ban your account and u can't withdraw your money and don't get any refund . I will suggest use stake.com or shuffle rather then this L scam site

i deposited yesterday, and i withdrew my money, but today after 12 hours wait (should be instant withdrawal) got rejected and they removed my balance for no reason, scam casino :)
