In response to Betspino’s reply: I have never submitted any KYC documents previously. In fact, your VIP manager explicitly told me that KYC would only be required at the time of payout. I still have this message saved in my email history.
This recent request for KYC, after months of silence, appears to be a delay tactic rather than a genuine step toward resolving my €50,000 claim. Unless you confirm that this KYC process is directly linked to an imminent settlement, I have no reason to believe your intentions are sincere.

Small amounts may sometimes be paid out to build trust. However, once you win big, they systematically refuse to pay out. They use delay tactics, make excuses, and eventually you hear nothing.
Casbit Declared Bankrupt – Rebranded Under SkyGrow Group:
When many players demanded large payouts, Casbit was declared bankrupt. Without informing players, the website continued under the name SkyGrow Group Limitada, allowing them to avoid their obligations.
Bankruptcy Used as a Strategy to Avoid Payouts:
Rather than paying out their players honestly, they chose to go for a "restart" strategy to dodge payouts. Player rights were completely disregarded.
Illegal Continuation from Costa Rica:
After the bankruptcy, Betspino.com continued operating, presumably from Costa Rica, without a valid license and with no protection for players.
Misleading VIP Programs:
Players are pressured by ‘VIP managers’ to keep playing. Once you win a large amount, the tone changes, and you are ignored.

Site is great, can pay within a minute but then you try to withdrawal & it says these words "In case of a successful withdrawal, the money will be transferred to your account within a few seconds"...
Well - This was not the case so I messaged them 12 hours later & provided a screen shot where they say they'll pay within a few seconds.
They replied (lovely helpful guy) & said this is not correct because it takes 72 hours to be approved & now it is the weekend so, expecting payment almost a week after the withdrawal request.
Will not be using once I have been paid. Lies!
AND - Why the hell do you charge so much to make a withdrawal? Minimum 300 balance for a zero cost withdrawal?
Down to 1 star now. Balance the other day was 80. Wanted to withdraw but the cost of the withdrawal was extortionate & also not clear at all - bad for customers so please review this

We agreed to the refund of €3.667,81 at the 18th of October.
Since the 18th of October i have not received any in-depth communication or reply then ''you have to wait''.
Since January i receive no replies or whatsoever.
In October they told me that the contract was drafted by their department and i should receive my money within 3 weeks.
