Bets10 Withdrawal not paid despite license involvement – 40,000 TRY missing for 17 days

I am a 10-year user of Bets10. My withdrawal request of 40,000 TRY has been pending for 17 days without any payment.
Throughout this period, I have only received repetitive responses stating “third-party investigation” with no clear explanation or progress. No transaction receipt, payment confirmation, or reference number has been provided.
Although the license provider has been involved in the process, there has been no official update or proof of payment. I have submitted my bank statement (PDF), clearly showing that no funds have been received.
At this stage, the withdrawal has still not been completed and remains unresolved.
I request that my 40,000 TRY withdrawal be processed and transferred to my bank account as soon as possible without further delay.
