Betrolla online casino scams

I had a very disappointing experience with this online casino. I found their website on a platform that promotes playing casino games anonymously with cryptocurrency. After following the link, I registered with Betrolla, made my first deposit of €850, and started playing. I got lucky and won an additional €3,150, which excited me, so I decided to withdraw my first winnings to my crypto wallet.
However, that’s when the trouble began. Customer support told me I needed to provide various documents, including my passport, driver’s license, and a recent utility bill. When I replied that I preferred to remain anonymous and didn’t want to share this information, my withdrawal request was denied. They pressured me to send them all these documents along with a selfie holding them. After I complied, they sent me a message claiming I was a fraudster, subsequently blocking both my account and all my funds—those I had deposited and those I had won. In summary, they appropriated my money and denied me access to my account.
I will be contacting the police regarding this matter. I do not recommend playing at this online casino; they are scammers.

Definite con company

Definite con company . Just deposited £120 and withdrew £300 their admin is crap,💩 definite scammers from the software too.Always scammed by foreigners
