Hello, I completed KYC before depositing any money. I deposited and then placed bets. I made an initial withdrawal of €150 from this bookmaker, which was validated. I continued betting, but then the bookmaker blocked me because I was a winning bettor. I then tried to make a second withdrawal of €1,350 two months ago, but this withdrawal was never validated. The bookmaker is asking for documents showing my transaction history on Binance. When I send the documents, they ask for it in PDF format, and then when I send it in PDF format, they ask for it in CSV format. They then ask for my transaction history with two other bookmakers, and when I send the documents, Betrebels claims they are fake for reasons that they expressly refuse to disclose. So, all of this is clearly designed to prevent me from ever getting my money back. They are big-time thieves!

Witholding 5000e winnings on purpose, kyc confirmed but still holding withdrawal for days and decline withdrawal on KYC confirmed account seems scam.

Got bet restricted when winning few 200€+ livebets, no arbitrages or valuebets, just normal betting gets your restricted with a bonus. Try to complete bonus to withdraw when your account is restricted.

Oggi dopo l'ultima autoesclusione di 12 mesi fa, riprovo e faccio un deposito....spin a vuoto anche di 50-60 volte consecutive senza una linea di pagamento vincente! Come la vogliamo chiamare? Un bingo? Un terno a lotto? Perché qui sembra di schiacciare un pulsante senza neanche giocare i tuoi soldi poiché le slots girano a vuoto e i depositi non durano neanche una sigaretta accesa! Un RTP praticamente del 1%, in molte occasioni ho giocato depositi di 50€ alla volta a bet 0,20 cents, quando andavo a vedere il wagering del mio deposito di 50€ non era che lo stesso deposito! Ovvero 50€ di restituzione vincita su 50€ depositati! Quindi ogni volta che gioco le slots pagano 1€ di vincita ogni 5€ giocando a bet minimo di 0.20! Because here it feels like you're pushing a button without even playing your money because the slots spin in circles and your deposits don't last as long as a lit cigarette! An RTP of practically 1%. On many occasions, I've played deposits of €50 at a time with a bet of 0.20 cents. When I looked at the wagering of my €50 deposit, it was just the same deposit! That is, €50 in winnings back on €50 deposited! So, every time I play the slots, they pay €1 in winnings for every €5 I play with a minimum bet of 0.20! These people are unscrupulous, and so is the Maltese government.
Naturally, after yet another scam, I self-excluded myself for another 6 months. I repeat, €8,000 deposited, €0 withdrawn! Tell me if this isn't a robbery.

Offering illegal gaming to the Dutch market. Since 2021 Dutch law has been changed dramatically. Betrebels is not allowed to accept Dutch customers without a KSA license and need to take the neccessary steps to avoid the Dutch market. BOTTOM LINE: BetRebels breaches their own contracts, lies to customers, blocks support access, and has a documented history of regulatory violations. Keep your money elsewhere.

BetRebels operates under a license issued by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA), but its Terms of Service appear to violate EU consumer protection laws. I strongly advise avoiding this website, as there is a significant risk that winnings may not be honored.

I mean, they asked for a lot of personal stuff, like bank statements, screenshots of Ecopayz account, but I sent everything they asked.

After a few days of waiting, I received this response:

This is obviously BS. So, they are basically accusing me of some kind of fraud, and "suspicions" are enough. They will repeat that it's part of their "Terms & Conditions", and won't give any more details or explanations, and will refuse to engage. So, they just closed my account and kept my balance.

There you go! I probably won't see this money again, but please, don't make the mistake of opening an account with them. Just don't! You can't win! Even small "shady" bookmakers that I used in the past ended up paying me even if it was difficult! Not this one, so stay away!
