A SCAM! Watch out guys, this website is a scam, i wanted to test it out so luckily I only put 10eur in there. It is a scam and they wont pay you out, they will keep telling you that its impossible to verify your ID

Good book, but when you are actually profitable and go to withdraw, they give you the run arounds on verification. Been a 2 month long battle, sent every document possible still having trouble verifying me. Would not go if you are actually making money

I made a crypto deposit and was redirected after confirmation to the site back with a crypto deposit status pending, after 3 days my deposit still didn't reach my wallet even customer service are with no answers and keeping repeating the same story with some technical issues! Customer service useless and doing nothing to provide you with some info!
First time ever had a crypto deposit problem, i can only imagine what hell will i get thro with withdrawal, just avoid!

Never trust them guys. Full idiots, support team not helping at all, completely useless. They are not letting you make your withdrawal. I have verified account in almost all the casinos in Greece and without problems. These idiots do like they don't see. Firstly they will say that you are verified to start playing and deposit and then once the withdrawal come they will make your life really hard. The process problematic, you have to upload everything again and again. So useless and timeless, first time I see this. Support team have fake names and fake photos. Really a scam. Of course if you give plenty of time at the end you will probably make your withdrawal, but all this makes this casino incredibly bad. The same for goldspin1235.com which is also the same.

4 start because sometime the buttons dont't work on the promotions menu when i would like to read about details. Sometime i didn get the sport bonus by deposit, so i have ask the support for help. It takes about 10 minutes to solve. Otherwise the site has very good deposit bonuses. You can withdraw if you complete the requirements. I withdrawed once. There are super odds every day.

deposit have to be wager 3 times in order to withdrawal. stay away. go to others as other only need 1 x wager to withdrawal you walk in to a casino and play 1 time win and walk off. but not this , as they want you to lose or lock your funds with unreasonable rules (cheats).

Stay away,you haven't got a chance of winning! Made 3 or 4 deposits and didn't win a penny. Asked for my account to be closed on the chat and they refused.

I went to withdraw my money, the site asked to cancel the bonus first, I did it and I lost all the money I had there. Company policy.

I'm not going to slam the bonus roll-over requirements. They're not good but there is so much more wrong with this platform that prompted me to leave my first review on a betting site.

1. Betovo claims they have 24/7 support. They don't. If you email their support, they won't respond. I'm confident the inbox isn't managed by support staff. I had to email them on 3 separate issues over 2 months and did not receive 1 email back from my 6 emails to their support email. In the end I emailed them to close my account, which they still didn't respond to.

2. Their 24/7 live chat is not a thing. It worked once for me and I connected to an agent that told me I wasn't verified, even though my account completed the checks and sent me a confirmation email that I was good to withdraw. Their agent recommended I email their un-monitored inbox after our conversation went nowhere.

3. Withdraw times. First of all, if you want to withdraw, you're going to wait 72 hours, minimum. They also don't process on weekends. So if you withdraw money after a Tuesday, you won't see it until Monday. Even when you wait, there is a great chance the withdraw will cancel and you won't get a heads up, prompting you to repeat the withdraw and pray that when you click the 24/7 hour live chat button, something generates.

I've had money in this account for months locked to the site. No matter how many times I try to contact them, nothing happens. I've uploaded over 10 documents proving my identity, the same banking information I used to deposit, and even a government issued statement. It does not matter. This website offers 0 support, and seems to just want to get people's money into their site and once it's there, you're going to have to go through war to get it out.

I've never had worse customer support before, including getting food poisoning from undercooked chicken. This website is awful and they should be ashamed of themselves, but then again, it is a gambling site so I realize it's on me to trust them.
