I was hesitant at first because of concerns over shipping as I am located in the USA, but those concerns were quickly dissolved after receiving my lights and the ability to follow the shipment progress all the way!

Timely manner and accurate product description.

I bought two CLB260-O 9R. The small fixture cuts through haze and is able to compete effortless with the 700 watt short arc lamps in my set. In addition to its limited size it is valuable tool.

There was one issue hss the dimming of the two lamps was not identical. Reported this to Betopper. They requested to provide a video of the issue. After I have send it to them it took a few days to get a solution, but they kept me well informed about the progress. They send me an instruction video that was created by the tech department with very clear instructions. I was able to resolve the issue myself and now everything is perfect.

I am using 2 L1015s for our live gigs. The lights add so much energy to our sets. Using MIDI and a MIDI to MDX converter, I am able to program light shows right into my DAW so every track is a custom light show. The 43 Channel allows me to control every single LED, in groups as well as the Y Axis. The manual is very useful and accurate. The product alone gets a perfect 5 star. The service though, I would add another 5 stars so i give it a 10 out of 5. I had an issue with one of them and the response was instant, communication was constant, and resolutions were excellent. What a great company to work with. I absolutely recommend the product and trust the company 100% for their support.

Mistakenly made a duplicate order and contacted customer service by email because they only had a phone number in China. They immediately cancelled the duplicate order and sent me a refund. They are very trustworthy and have excellent customer service.
