Since October 2024, I am trying to solve a problem with my withdrawal but in vain.
Dozens of emails and no solution is coming from their side.
Now their team will pop up here and, we are here to help, and solve the issue, but they stop responding privately.

Betonred will make KYC and payouts a nightmare
EDIT: I was able to work through this process with the help of the AskGamblers complaint service. I still feel that the requests from Betonred got pretty invasive and they were riding a fine line of overstepping their rights as an online casino. But I also have to respect the fact that they did pay when all was said and done. I will also add, their betting markets were great but they also limited quite quickly. If you go, be prepared for a bad time trying to get paid if you win.
Betonred will not pay you. I have been going through the verification process for weeks. They have consistently rejected documents without reason, asked for documents that do not exist, and prolonged the whole process with very obvious stall tactics. I am comfortable with the standard Curacao KYC/AML process, I completely value it's importance. But this has gone way too far. I am a retired, stay at home dad. They asked for a bank statements to confirm funds, I sent it to them. Then they asked for a savings account to prove I'm retired, I sent them that and it wasn't approved either because it needs to be a pension account. I sent them a pension statement, which is an annual statement as the vast majority of pensions are, and they rejected that. They said it needed to be within 90 days, which it was since it is March 27th and Dec 31st was less than 90 days ago. Now they are saying because I didn't make a transfer out of my specific pension account in the last 90 days that they will not accept my proof of funds.
Just save your time, they are likely an insolvent scam book.
