The worst casino by a country mile, suspend their pragmatic games at the weekend(when you’re most likely to win- I’ve been playing the games for a long long time and know this is a fact) and when questioned on it they deny it saying it’s technical difficulty(yet games are working perfectly fine on other casinos) nonsense.

There's a fault on one of the slots on Betninja. The slot in question is called 'Lucky's Wild Pub 2'. If you place a bet for £2 it deducts £12 from your account. I have been talking to customer service online but they refuse to admit the issue despite me showing screengrabs and offering to demonstrate the fault. They basically then accused me of only complaining because I lost.

Honestly I reckon the rtp here is set to -96%.

I did roulette, went all in twice with 24 euro.

First time it said "Did not place bet." Even though I had enough time.

Second time I went all in, I won AGAIN. But this time they didn't even pay me out.

I tried to check the player history to make sure that my bet placed was correct. THE PLAYER HISTORY DIDN'T EVEN REGISTER AT ALL. THERE WAS NO HISTORY.

Honestly not sure why there are so many bad reviews? My account was fully verified before I started playing and have received all withdrawals after a few wins the only downfall is it’s a little slow on accepting withdrawals normally takes 2-3 days other then that ive never had an issue.

I deposited money and they refused to pay back my deposit despite me not spending a penny, I didn't receive any bonus. They have now closed my account and kept the money I put in.

Stay well clear. My bank contacted me in regards to fraudulent activity related to betninja. They advised me to close my account with betninja immediately. I have played and deposited on a few different non gamstop sites and this is the first time my back has ever done this.
