One of the worst bookmakers in the UK. Advertises prices it has no intention of laying to even a small recreational punter for a small recreational sum. Restricts customers who have won nothing and has traders who clearly have no idea what they are doing. I stopped using them but had a small balance and tried to place a £5 each way bet but was offered 42p lol. Don't bother opening an account with these timewasters.

So customer service reached out to speak to me asking for my phone number to understand my review placed with 1 star. Not had a call. Thought you know I’ll play another £40 to see if it was just bad luck. Again no wins no bonus games.. pure losses. Ok you get the small £0.10 wins but that’s so the games stay within the gaming law. This is a rip off site and needs investigation from the authorities for low payouts, low wins. The default message I know I’ll get is it’s all random number generated it’s a rip off. If you’ve just got cash to burn give it to charity at least it’ll do some good. All I can say is the rng company must get kick backs on income because no other site have I had such poor play. Midnite, coral, Betfair all have given bonus games and decent wins. I will not be returning to BetMGM
