Several pending withdrawals and almost two weeks without receiving a single one
My experience with this site has been terrible so far. I currently have several pending withdrawals and, after almost two weeks of waiting, I haven’t received a single one. Not even the first withdrawal has been processed.
The worst part is not only the delay, but the complete lack of clear information. I have contacted support many times and I always get basically the same answer: they are looking into it, the Finance team is following the case, I should be patient, I will be paid “as soon as possible”… But the days keep passing and the money never arrives.
At one point they even told me to contact them again the following day after 4 PM because they receive an approval list once a day. I did exactly that. Same result: no payment and no useful information. I have repeatedly asked for something as simple as an estimated date or a realistic timeframe, and nobody is able to give me one.
These are cryptocurrency withdrawals. I was initially told it would take a matter of days. We are now approaching two weeks and they haven’t processed even one of my withdrawals. At this rate, how long am I supposed to wait to receive all of them?
I am fed up with polite, generic responses that solve absolutely nothing. I don’t need to be told for the tenth time that they apologise for the delay or that I should “rest assured that I will be paid”. I need them to actually pay me.
I am posting this review after giving them more than enough time and multiple opportunities to resolve the issue directly. If my withdrawals remain unpaid, I will proceed with formal complaints to the relevant gambling licensing/regulatory authority and independent gambling dispute and mediation websites.
If they finally pay my withdrawals, I will update this review accordingly. But as of today: several withdrawals pending, almost two weeks waiting, and €0 received.
