I had a verified account at Betgrw.com…

I had a verified account at Betgrw.com and built a balance of $24,897.79 through my wagers. On 2026-10-19, I requested a withdrawal, which was not processed. The casino's security team then informed me that my account would be closed and that all further communication with me would stop, on the basis that I violated the Terms and Conditions.

The casino has not provided any evidence or explanation supporting this decision. I have reviewed the clauses cited and I deny having breached any of them. My wagers were placed in accordance with the rules of the site. The only resolution the casino has offered is to refund my original deposit of CAD $2,000 , which would mean withholding the winnings.
