I don't know a lot about the site, but what few times or so I have played I can genuinely say I've had no problems navigating the site and Iv had no issues getting support to reply to chat or email.

Haven’t played a huge amount on betgem but when I have I’ve had no problems. Enjoyed the games I played and look forward to playing again.

Awful site

Awful site, never respond to emails and never paid me out when I would win. Wouldn’t advise anyone to use this site.

Fake ratings, TERRIBLE site.

First and foremost; All their 5 star ratings are fake and paid.

This casino is far from a 5 star experience. Once you win and they know you have a pending withdrawal, they will request the most weird documents in order to “verify yourself”. Of course, in the meantime they hope that you lose your winnings.

For some reason, the so called “verification department” takes up to 72 to review a document, and sometimes even 96 hours. In my case, it has been 100+ hours (i stopped counting, 1 full week), even though the promised me, that deadline would be today. Surprise, surprise - it wasn’t. Useless. Disgraceful.

The customer support is unprofessional, arrogant and useless and when informing that legal action will be taking towards their site, they threaten to close your whole account.

Also, they claim to have “Special Conditions” for certain bets, that somehow goes AGAINST their ordinary Terms and conditions, so be aware when sportsbetting. All outcomes will always turn out in their favour. It’s disgusting.

I have been playing for 10 years now, and even the most sketchy and dodgy site haven’t treated me this bad, hence why I also have to make this review. Please STAY AWAY, trust me!!!

So, everyone, please listen to MY review and not the paid bots. This casino will literally drain either your wallet or your time (worst case, both) and they are ruthless doing so. STAY AWAY, for god’s sake

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: If anyone else struggle with the service from this site, reach out to a lawyer and contact MEIC (Ministerio de Economía, Industria y Comercio), as they are based in Costa Rica and they can help you with regulating, and possible and finally punishing Betgem.io for their behavior.

Most games are bonus restricted you'll never win

They exclude a huge range of games fro. Their bonus terms. If you win on the welcome bonus like I did , well over 4k it all gets refused if you played one of the listed games. It's a total con. They don't tell you before you buy which games or how far you've wagered you need to keep asking. They take away your chat function and they lock you out of the site if you ask questions, as anyone would . Avoid. It's designed never to pay. Staff are rude and dismissive. Unregulated abd they know it.

There is a ‘VIP level’ system

There is a ‘VIP level’ system. It sounds impressive: the more you play, the higher your status. In reality, the rewards are laughable: a couple of free spins and access to a manager who is no different from regular support. You rack up points for weeks just to get a bonus for a cup of coffee. It seems like a joke.
