Scam site- I have made requests for withdrawals and they request multiple documents which would include all my personal information- why would they need to see my payslips and source of wealth?! Never experienced this before.
Stay clear, do not waste your money, and do not provide them with all of this information as they will steal your identity.

Asking for documents clearly for identity theft.
Ridiculous requirement as my account is already verified.
I've sent all communications to police and antifraud. The website needs shutting down.
Had £500 waiting for withdrawal, over a 11days so far.
Avoid.

The site takes advantage of people with gambling addiction. They do not exclude you when requested . Make up excuses that you are in a queue. In a queue for a whole week.😂 the slots are definitely rigged also.

Complete fraud. Would give 0 stars if this was possible.
Have used hundreds of sites previously and this is the only one that has ever outright refused a withdrawal. Support response is slow bordering on non-existent and they take 15 days to review a withdrawal request before rejecting with vague/spurious reasons.

Stay as far away as possible from this site, a total scam deposited twice total of £40 got three bonuses paid 0x 4x 7x deposited for the third time £40 took my money and then can't get on the site, my stupidity and a £80 lesson.. PLEASE PLEASE AVOID And save your money.

Like all the other reviews, they take 15 days to withdraw and then tell you to upload your life story. Abysmal response time! You will get led in circles by these scammers. I have 1000 in winnings and its almost Christmas. I am beyond gutted and pissed off!

Wish I’d read the reviews first. I’ve deposited £100 and had a few wins, so decided to withdraw £250 (the minimum amount). I queried the amount of time the withdrawal was taking and was told it take between 72hrs and 15 working days. It’s now been 20 working days and they keep coming up with various excuses (I’ve taken screenshots of the chats) so I’m going to try to claim the initial £100 deposit back through my bank……… please stay away from this company.

This company is a scam , they will not send you any money regardless of how much you chase.
They wanted 11 forms of ID to process a withdrawal, they then said that I needed to deposit more as they have a limit of 200% on winnings, after depositing an extra £20 to match this percentage they have closed my account ,said I am money laundering (without and proof/justification) and are saying they cannot speak with me legally.
Not to mention each reply takes around 5 working days from their support

I have luckily got my money back by disputing this with the bank. But do not go near them.

I contacted Betfoxx multiple times to self-exclude due to gambling harm. Despite clearly disclosing that I am a gambling addict, they ignored my requests and left my account open for over two weeks. During that time, I was able to continue gambling — exactly what I was trying to prevent.

Even worse, after repeating my request through live chat, their agent credited free spins to my account instead of closing it, actively encouraging more gambling. This is a shocking breach of duty of care and shows zero regard for responsible gambling.

I have suffered financial and mental health consequences as a direct result of their negligence. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this company.
