Confiscated all funds in my account, continue to ghost me with no proper explanation. Fraudulent in every way.

Scammish behaviour. I registered on their site 4 days ago, placed 2 bets. 2 days ago i wanted to login. It says that my account was blocked.

I write on their email support - they replied : Hello, please complete the following verification of your unique identity and location from the same device and connection used to place bets, within the next 4 hours

They sent me this email 23:18 when I was sleeping!!! Now refusing to communicate with me. So I lost deposit and all my winnings from my 2 bets, avoid them, its scam.

Betcoin.ag has quickly became my favorite betting site, they distinguish themself from other competitors in all contentious aspects.

They are a trusted name in an industry which is known for scams, and they offer strong and feasible bonuses when other sites offer ones with silly wagering requirements that can never be fulfilled.

The only drawback I can think of is slower withdrawals compared to instant withdrawals offered by some other sites in the space, still it is a small drawback only, and the timings for withdrawals are still good in general.

The site used to be much better... many more lines and games to play. Now the website seems robotic, clunkier and harder to use. The bonuses and rewards have gotten slashed aswell. I used to get many more perks before the website changed but overall I still enjoy the site. Theyve taken a step back but still remain a decent place to play at.

I deposited $500 on Betcoin and played using my personal account. After some time, my balance reached around $900, and I submitted a withdrawal request.

Immediately after requesting the withdrawal, it was rejected without a proper explanation, and my account was suddenly locked. This prevented me from accessing both my account and my funds.

I want to clearly state that I have never used a VPN, created multiple accounts, or violated any of the platform’s terms. This was my first and only account.

At one point, I was asked to complete verification, and I was fully willing to cooperate and provide all necessary documents. However, instead of completing the process, my account was restricted without resolution.

Since then, I have contacted support multiple times but have not received any clear or helpful response. My funds are still being withheld without justification.

This situation raises serious concerns about the platform’s handling of user funds and withdrawal requests. I am requesting either:

Immediate access to my account and funds, or
A clear, detailed explanation supported by evidence for the actions taken.

I deposited around 450 500 usdt and fairly increased my balance to 900 usdt. When i requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly locked without any valid or consistent expnaation.
First i was asked for a verification. Then i was told verification was not needed and that i would never withdraw my money.
The support comunication quickly became unprofesional, abusive and even threatening. I was accused of lying and cheating without any evidence beimg provided. They also attemped to intimidate me and discourage me from reporting the issue publicly.
I used a single account, my real personal information,and no VPN or prohibited methods. Deposite this they refused to process my withdrawal.
This is not how a legitimate betting platform operates. The behavior i expirienced strongly indicates an attempt to avoid paying legitimate winnings.
I strongly recomended that others stay away from this platform and avoid risking their money.
Update: The company attempted to have this review removed, but Trustpilot reviewd the case and confirmed that my review is not defamatory.

I deposited funds on Betcoin.ag and successfully completed their KYC verification.

My first withdrawal was approved and processed. However, when attempting to withdraw the remaining balance, my account was suddenly blocked and I was accused of “sportsbook abuse”.

The support team has been extremely unprofessional and even called me a “scammer” in their emails.

I asked which specific clause of the Terms of Service I violated but they refused to explain and instead told me they could hold my funds for up to 60 days.

What is even more concerning is that Betcoin’s Terms of Service directs players to submit complaints to the Curacao Gaming Authority.

However, when contacting the provided email addresses, I received automatic responses stating that Gaming Curaçao has ceased operations since August 18th 2024.

This means the official complaint procedure referenced in their Terms is no longer functional.

I am now left with no regulator and a bookmaker refusing to release my funds.

They blocked my account and stole my money.

My experience with Betcoin Casino was extremely negative.

After regular gameplay, my account balance reached approximately $270. During this time, I placed sports bets and also played casino games (slots). All wagers were accepted without any issues.

When I requested a withdrawal, Betcoin suddenly claimed a “violation regarding location” and retroactively voided all my bets at a 1:1 rate. As a result, my balance was reduced from about $270 to only my original $50 deposit.

The alleged “location violation” was raised only after I requested a withdrawal. No issues were mentioned while deposits were accepted and bets were placed.

Voiding an earned balance after gameplay has been completed is unfair and misleading. Regardless of internal policies, cancelling legitimate winnings only at the withdrawal stage seriously undermines trust in this casino.

Players should be aware that Betcoin may retroactively cancel bets and remove balances after a withdrawal request.
