Do not deposit any money unless you don’t want it back. This company is awful. They gave me 100 free dollars to bet but the catch is you have to bet it 10x to be able to cash out just 100 dollars and anything more will be forfeited. Support did say they would make a deal to let me keep the amount over the 100 if I deposited the same amount lol… on top of that if you don’t use your free bets within 15 days they simply will delete them from your account claiming the automated system will delete any bonus you let sit idle. Don’t be silly, use literally any other Sportsbook in the world because this one flat out sucks. They all have better bonuses, better platforms and better terms and conditions (or lack thereof). Don’t waste your time on this one.

I made a $20 deposit in bitcoin. Cannot play any game when I go to make a withdrawl it won’t allow anything under $50 I’ve clicked on every game possible and it all says error. The live help is a joke no one answers so I wrote two emails asking for assistance. I want my money refunded as quickly as it was deposited. This is ridiculous

I've played other platforms by the same people who created betco and have never had a single complaint with those OR betco and any issue I've ever had with betco or another platform was always minor and fixed promptly and professionally. The games are not rigged, customer service is friendly and helpful, and I have had a blast choosing to spend my money with these guys rather than a lot of the others out there online that are typically scammers who have no intention of paying your winnings or treating you like a valued human being.
