Please stay away from this casino 8 days waited for a withdrawal and still not got it. Customer service is none existent! Save your money and time

I had a betable wallet until about five mins ago I have deposited and played at a few of the casinos on the network and they are all the same. I know its gambling but the rate the slots take your cash at without return is amazing even if your playing on funny money (bonus cash) its the same if you can spin say 23 times a min at min bet 20p 50 pounds will get you about 30 mins play time and that has been the same for every site I have tried and judging by the comments on here withdrawals are a real issue too. I would not know that!!! Its my guess they have worked out they can get around even creating withdrawal issues by just setting an appalling rtp. My account closed forever to many good uns out there to bother with this network. Do I really have to give them at least one star? They really do not deserve one!!

I joined 17th July and withdrew £711 and its still not approved. Reviews I have read are bad. Trying to contact them is awful and I have complained to gambling commission until I get my money

Just had a look at the two reviews on this site relating to withdrawals, similar predicament happening to my partner. Joined on Sunday and they asked for documents on The Monday. Still pending the withdrawals. Seems proper dodgy. Not heard anything back apart from we are still in our timeframe yet clearly stated on the website all verification done in 24 hours. Don’t understand it me, if you mess the customer about they just won’t come back. Strange behaviour

Still waiting for withdrawals.. No other way to contact them other than live chat which very hard to even chat to them.
Waited and still waiting over a week and supposely passing on to revelent department. A email should be sent they never sent it. Had no correspondence regarding withdrawals

Deposited and won 400 and waited 4 days before contacting there customer service who said I needed to verify my account. So I sent them my ID a screen shot of PayPal and a utility bill as requested I have asked twice now if they have received my documents and got no Reply. There is also no phone number to contact there support team. Overall I wouldn't play as it doesn't look like you get anything that you withdrawl back. Yet they are quick to take your money off you! If its not in my bank soon I will be contacting the gambling commission and taking it further until I get my withdrawl ! There are much better sites to play where you actually get your money back than this.
