Pure scam.
Pure scam.. this is what I can say
Best Web Traffic or bestweb-traffic.com is the name of the service.
First of all, you will see on their website that they are promising you with great HQ traffic and also promising you with a refund.
But you know story goes in a different way.
I bought their service for sending me 15K visits to my campaign in August 14th 2024 and I was aware to use my PayPal to buy not direct CC as I was worried it's not as they claim.
And glad that I did that.
So, I setup my campaign using Binom tracker and I added my campaign destination link as the campaign link on their wierd campaign setup page.
Immediately I received an email message that my campaign is pending review and approval and it shall take 30 to 60 minutes to get approved.
Until now nothing gray or suspecious.
After 2 hours I got an email message from them that my campaign got approved and I went to their dashboard and I can see that I received 30 clicks and then I went to check on binom tracker and I can see.. nothing. zero visits...
I sent them an email message and they replied to me after 12 hours that this is normal and they are trying to place my link in the proper placement for ad to work well and I was like, OK let's wait so that was 15th of August 2024.
Next day Im checking on Binom still I can see zero visits and their wierd stats page which has nothing to show but a field called visits showing almsot 600 visits.
So I sent an email message explaining that to their support and their reply was that they are sending visits and something like it's an issue in my tracker.. Can you beleive it? so Binom who generated the link and see zero visits is wrong but their static stats page with visits cell value is correct.
At that time I was confident that it's not for me and I contacted PayPal to issue refund and I sent their support that I asked PayPal to issue refund.
So I paid $55 and I got nothing so at that point it's fair to receive a refund of what I paid.
But, they sent me $47.75 as partial refund and they said that they cut fees for 6 days traffic :D
Can you beleive it?
So my advice to any marketer who is looking for traffic to sent to his/her campaigns is this: don't but traffic from those bestweb-traffic.com or Best Web Traffic as it's not the best. It's the worst or the scammest.

We re-checked your campaign and it was already receiving visitors.
Your refund was not deducted for 6 days out of your 7 days campaign; it was deducted for 1 day only, as, it already received more than 0 visitors but less than total number of daily visitors for 2 days.
We do recommend to contact your tracking provider, in order, to find a solution to yours tracking difficulties (incorrect setup, incorrect traffic source, etc...).

I was just about to purchase 10,000 visitors from best web traffic but when I used my card my bank gave me fraud anlert and decline the transaction. So I decided to research best web traffic reviews and Man!!! Their reviews are real bad and best web traffic reply’s are always the same. I think a bot is doing the responding. Im convince that best web traffic is a big scam. These people just reply to me with bot answer. Useing the same words they reply to everybody. They are a scam.

The traffic sucks don't waste your…
The traffic sucks don't waste your money or time. I did a test vs. propeller ads and I should have just stayed with propeller ads. Customer service is reading from a script all they say is "well we are delivering the agreed traffic" which is not how to retain customers when you tell them you have proof their traffic is no good. But that's how they scam you, needless to say I got no refund for this garbage traffic source.

bad experience, fake service
it was an unpleasant experience, Google Analytics and Shopify did not track more than 35 visitors in the first days, and they send a photoshoped screenshot insisting the results are visible on their end only - at the best this is a bot service. Also when you ask a refund they calculate they delivered visitors even in the days when they did not deliver, since it takes a day the approval of the campaign and then they lie they delivered right away. And when you ask a refund, they only send a template response for many days, and some screenshots - saying the tracking exists only on their partner networks, but that in fact is not trackable on your end...

Works ok, but to make it work great I think you have to contact them
Works the first time then takes your money and buys web traffic an another wholesale site... They buy bots that will not be recognized and will shadow ban you... You'd be better off just having 10 people click on something once a day....
To add on to my review the situation has been fixed however, It put me in a unique position that was not positive...
Now the situation has been fixed and I'll be continuing with the company please understand that it's most likely caused when you buy the cheaper packages... I'm in communication with them and will keep you guys informed if there is information that they provide that will prevent this from happening...

They are dishonest
They said that they give real-human traffic,but in reality, all traffic is bot. Each visitor spends about the same amount of time on your website and you didn't get even a click after hundreds of visits. I didn't even get the fake quantity of visits purchased per day.
Finally, the way to get real traffic is from search engines and social networks where real people are crowded.
