So here's an update for bestwear
I asked my money back for the shipping costs of the price i won and never came.
But i was automatically tied up to a subscription of these THIEVES and LIARS.
Thnx to my online bank they recognized the payment of the subscription(€27,07) as suspicious payment and blocked🙏 it. But not the shipping costs of €3,95
I had to block and change my creditcard.
After several mails(I think AI, because they were almost always the same) they said to pay me back but only if i deleted my 1* review or write a good review.
So don't believe all the good reviews.
I think they were forced to do that.
My advice to you:
!!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!
!!!THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES!!!

They seem more interested in a positive review than in properly hadling the problem.
Initial response seemed appropiate and quick enough, but it appeared to be a bot that always replied the same in a loop

Very confusing communications. It was not clear at all that a charge for a subscription would be issued.
They offered a refund, BUT conditioned to a positive review in TRUSTPILOT. Unpresentable!!
