The Enduro toy I bought from them is amazing, the quality of it is great, its sturdy, has a strong motor and I can tell it has a lot of durability. And their service is great, very friendly and quick to answer, and the product arrived on time. I definetly recommend them.

Had a problem with item not charging. Was handled in a very positive manner. Now all is good and am very pleased with the item. Will defiantly buy other items.

I've order 2 items from this website. Right address and everything. Product never shows up. This is a scam site. I've wasted over 200 dollars for nothing. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I'm extremely mad for what I've witnessed here.

(1) There are two orders from you on our site, one placed on June 16th, and one placed on July 20th.

(2) According to the information provided by the USPS, the package for the order placed on July 20th was successfully delivered to the destination address on July 25th.

If you have not received this product, please contact your local post office (Phone | 540-399-1815) to verify the delivery details. You can also confirm if your family or neighbor picked up the package for you.

(3) The product in the order which was placed on June 16th, because of the delay of the product, you applied to cancel the order, while we confirm with you if you are willing to pick another one product as a replacement, you did not give us any response until now, this is why the problem has not been solved. If you are willing to keep the order, the product that you ordered can be shipped within 24h.

We hope that we have explained the condition clearly, any questions please feel free to contact us.

Excellent Pleasure Store!

I had ordered something off their site but I put in the wrong address for delivery. In a panic, I quickly contacted their customer service to change the delivery address. Despite the old address still showing up on the shipping notice, they had made the change. They gave me their continued assurance that it was headed to the right location and, indeed, when it arrived, it arrived at the correct address. I was very happy and relieved. The customer service rep I had was so kind and patient with me. I can't thank her enough. Their merchandise is also top notch. I have never been dissatisfied. Bestvibe really cares for their customers. I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a good pleasure toy.

No communication

No communication. Placed my order and heard the package was split up. Only 1 tracking number and from that number it says my packege is only 3 pounds where i know what i ordered was closer to 18 pounds. Tried to contact for questions about this and got no answer. I'm still missing a item even though it says the order was complete.

The shipping was fast and discreet. We had some issues with the item . Contacted customer service, they were very helpful and walked us thru step by step to resolved the situation quickly ! The site offers great selections and very easy to navigate . We will shopping again soon !

Terrible client service

I will give them 2 stars, because its partially my fault. I did a typo in my address for the delivery, I INSTANTLY wrote an email to the service email, to explain the mistake I have been chasing them over the last 24hours, I just received an email that the article was shipped to the wrong adress.... and still no responses from their service. There is a sextoy with my name on it roaming in the city.
