FULLY SCAM

I have ordered Fb group members from USA, paid the highest rate per thousand.
At first they marked the order as completed without adding any member.

Then I created an support ticket to let them know
After one more week they said they put the order in refill.

At last after few more days they closed the support ticket saying: "the order is completed". Without hearing my reply

And know what, i have received nothing from them
