Took my Range Rover in for MOT, completed quickly faults explained and cost given by man named Paul.
Paul then book my car in the next day at my convenience repair my car , showed me the faults e.g Headlight etc.
I’ve been to many garages in my life , but I found best service centre, polite, friendly, knowledgeable and value for money, made a customer of me.
Keep up the good work Paul you send out the right messages and your company are lucky to have you.

AVOID AVOID AVOID
We had a MOT done here 2 weeks ago and the car failed on the brakes. Surprise surprise they had availability immediately to replace the brakes but we decided to take our car to our repair guy and he measured and said no way the brakes need doing. So back we went to Best (!) and asked the MOT chap to recheck. At this stage he got very angry and almost physical, surely a sign of guilt.

We decided to appeal as completely trust our repair garage and got a call from DVSA who came to check the car on the drive initially. After reviewing the car (by eye) he agreed to get it re-tested and guess what: the car PASSED.

Best service centre in Guildford I am afraid to say are complete scammers and fail your car to get you to pay for repairs that are not needed as proven by the above. I am very glad we proceeded with the appeal but it caused a lot of unneeded stress. Worth it though to expose this awful centre.

Please do not go here, wish I had read reviews. Also all the reviews saying: they were so helpful repairing car on same day and redoing MOT, ask yourself if MOT should have failed in the first place

I spoke to Paul at Hardings about an oil warning light on my Peugeot 208 ( 19 plate) ...it came on once and then went away....BUT Paul warned me not to start the engine again as it was the first sign of my Wet Belt shredding !!....I took Paul's advice and he was spot on and Hardings replaced my "nearly shredded" belt and saved my engine !...Thanks Paul & Hardings !

The second time I've used these guys and I'll use them again. I took my car in for an MOT and the work was carried out promptly. Some work that initially they thought would have to be done by a specialist they managed to do themselves and saved me nearly £400. I highly recommend them.

John is incredibly friendly and helpful. He sorted out my seized wheel nut incredibly effectively, knows exactly what he is doing. A young man with a lifetime of traditional "mechanic" skills. Thanks, John!

Friendly, efficient bunch of guys. Seems to be a small independent Guildford company. I called in and booked a quick convenient MOT appointment - at an excellent price - for a few days later. I was a little concerned that the cheap MOT price might presage a need for questionable remedial work, however the car passed without even an advisory. And i had a decent cup of tea at a nearby cafe while i waited. An agreeable experience all round, hopefully to be repeated next year. Thank you!
