Worst online shopping experience ever.

Worst online shopping experience ever.

I ordered a set of personal air conditioners, which arrived months

later. The first was all broken up and did not work properly. I contacted them about cancelling the order for the second one, which they could not do.

Basically, in spite of numerous attempts to recover what amounted to over $120, I never received one cent back.

The first one they said they would reimburse me for if I paid to ship it back to China from GA, USA. The cost of shipping makes that a wasted effort.

The second one I refused to sign for, so the postal service would return it to the sender. I never saw a cent for that one either.

My opinion is these people are so unethical, and their merchandise so junky I wouldn't trust them to sell me a roll of toilet paper.
