The shirt that was sent to me was not the shirt that was pictured on the web site. It was similar but it was also very different. You claim that all orders are non-refundable which is very convenient when you send the wrong item.

A very nice product. These days, one has to be ready to receive some type of sub-par quality, ill fitting size variant or most importantly; not made to order. However, I was surprised to have to deal with any of such issues with my purchase. Great quality, perfect fit and the order was completed correctly. This company uses an address checker to verify that they have right information to ensure you receive you merchandise. There wasn't any issue when I asked to have my address changed from my initial order Information. Thus, getting my order three days earlier than expected. The shirts arrived at a timely manner. I was concerned that it would not make it on time due to the originating destination. Setback was that I was under the impression the website was set to show CAD when it was USD so when it showed me the amount charged, it didn't display the exchange until after the transaction and it went through without the coupon code which was a financial ouch.

Listed sizes can vary between shirts
The adult size-small shirt was much smaller than a previous order. I should have ordered a size-medium. Even the adult large was a little smaller. Unfortunately the small could not be returned.
