For some reason, for the last 4-6 months, there have been very serious delays in the delivery of products. Deliveries, which are normally informed in 2-3 days, increase to 1 week on average, including my weekend.

This is the best site I ever.

The whole service, from the UI to the prices is just great, delivery times are amazing too, I buy almost all my clothes here.

"I usually shop a lot at BestSecret, but from now on I'll be buying from Zalando. I purchased something from BestSecret four days ago, and it hasn't even been processed yet. It's taking longer and longer to process orders. Adding the shipping time, the wait is too long, whereas with Zalando you receive your order in two days and with Amazon in less than 24 hours. BestSecret makes you wait longer and longer, so I don't think I'll be buying anything else from you."

My new response:

I do not accept your apologies. I find it a complete lack of respect towards me as a customer and towards your own employees. If you have a higher workload, you should expand your staff. You cannot overwork your current employees nor make the buyer wait more than a week when your website states that shipping is done in 2 to 4 days.
What you're doing is unacceptable. Not only are you failing to meet your own delivery deadlines, but you're also demonstrating an alarming lack of professionalism. If you can't handle the volume of orders, it's your responsibility as a company to fix it, not to shift the problem onto the customer.
Therefore, I will no longer shop at BestSecret and will not recommend your service to anyone. Your lack of commitment to the customer and to your own employees is evident. I hope you take this message seriously and make the necessary changes to improve your service.

Perfect site for the best price and the perfect quality

I have joined recently through an invitation from a friend who joined through a Facebook link.
Get register was a nightmare always app said "we don't recognize you". Back and forth months long like that. In the beginning om March this year I could log in. Then on the 13 March 2025 they sent a warning e- mail that they will suspend my account if I don't purchase anything in the coming 4 weeks. And then following e-mail said they suspended my account because I didn't buy anything and ask me to log in. I logged in and there was a request to a reactivation. I did sent the reactivation what I regretted, and their reply was we will activate it if we have a spot.
On 19 march 2025 they sent me an e-mail ,"you are lucky we activated your account but to maintain your account you need to purchase and shouldn't be returned" Really I simply sent an email stating that I no longer interested in their membership they can remove my account. I don't let sellers to treat me like goods they sell. If a webshop cannot respect clients I no longer needed their products.
I do not recommend this website. There is nothing they sell that you cannot find in other webshops.

I have changed my review since they reactivated my account in a few days.
