Saw and booked a holiday cottage via this website, which contains some unique and luxurious properties. Unfortunately the one I picked was very average. BSC do admit (in the small print) that they
are just an advertising site, and all arrangements are handled by the property owners. But there is no way to leave a review on the site. Emails I sent were rejected. And I couldn't find a contact phone number. Just think people should be made aware.
