Hang Moon was great - overall, we really enjoyed the trip. The hotels were great! The staff in the hotels were great! Highlight was Ha Long Bay cruise and Hoi An. Frank was great in Hanoi. Some of the guides were disengaged and one in particular, took advantage of us and over charged us. One of the drivers was rude - made an error in picking us up and then commented on it. However. We enjoyed both countries and appreciative of all the planning.

Our trip to Vietnam and Cambodia was a Private tour for 15 days, customized to our preference by Rosie Nhung of Best price (BP). She did a great job and all planning were perfect. All the tour guides were very friendly, helpful and caring. Special reference must be given to Tom in Hanoi who was really funny and made our tour really enjoyable. We are extremely satisfied with the service given by BP and will recommend to anyone.

The booking and payment was very easy. Our contact person (Rosie) was very helpfull and friendly. Also during the tour she kept contact and asked for our feedback.
Tour itself (Cambodia on wheels) was fantastic. We loved how everything was so well organised. We would certainly book again with them.

Everything worked on this trip.
We did the 8-day trip from Saigon to Siem Reap, and were delighted with how weĺl everything fell into place. Janet was efficient and responsive, and happy to modify the itinerary to accommodate our travel plans. The hotels were better than we were expecting, the transport was faultless, and the guides all had a good understanding of conversational English.
Janet also checked in from time to time to make sure that everything was going to plan.
We would use BestPrice again without hesitation.

Hard working & caring people . I was a little worried about the cost per night for the President suite . It has been one of the greatest vacations going to Hanoi & Ha Long bay on the Scarlet Pearl Yacht !
Every detail was handled positively from making reservations , paying & getting information to be ready . From the hotel recommendations to stay in Hanoi .
The amount of room in the President suite is unreal , much bigger than pictures show .
Having the front of the boat deck was awesome . With 2 tables , 3 lounge chairs & extra chairs & private hot tub . The deck could handle 10 people easy if you go with friends . Having a birthday dinner on our private deck was over the top ! With a complimentary bottle of wine & birthday cake was a truly special night ! My girlfriend will remember that for the rest of her life !
I can’t say thank you enough to this company , boat & crew . We will definitely return again but with friends . Totally worth the money !

This trip was amazing!! My friend and I traveled to Thailand, Cambodia, and Laos with Best Price Travel. Hang Moon was extremely helpful with the planning process, and checked in regularly during the trip to make sure everything was running smoothly. I do not normaly write in these reviews, but I am so glad I chose best price travel,from the first day we contacted best price travel mia has been so so helpful,what ever I asked her she helped us,she made it so simple for us,like I said I am so glad we chose best price travel,and luckily we got mia to deal with us.

What made our experience so good? 100% Mia who went to extra mile to accommodate what we were after. She organised our Halong Bay cruise including transfer to the bay then to Tam Coc. Every time I annoyed her with another request she was just so helpful in making it happen. Thanks Best Price Travel. Thank Mia.

Being a digital nomad since 2019, I'm quite experienced planning my own trips. In Vietnam though, I ran into a wall of lack of business sense.

Wanting to take a cruise and helicopter tour over Ha Long Bai, I contacted 5 tour agencies plus 3 helicopter companies. Six never replied, one replied after two days with some bureaucratic details, and the only reasonable one was BestPrice Travel.

The experience with Haley from BestPrice Travel was excellent. She arranged transportation flawlessly, advised that helicopter tours just aren't being done as of May 2025 (did I mention the lack of business sense in Vietnam? This is a large missed opportunity), and reserved a very nice cabin for me on the Swan Cruise.

Payment was easy through a OnePay link, and my US credit card was accepted without issues. Prices did seem to be great: the seaplane tour was slightly cheaper than on Klook even, and the private car transfer was only ~10% more expensive vs. the *quoted* price in Grab (the real price might have ended up being higher, as many drivers would've likely refused the standard fare and you'd have to use GrabPlus).

TL;DR - if you don't want headaches and only want to enjoy your trip, contact BestPrice Travel and let them arrange everything.

Terrible experience on my Hanoi Ha Long Bay round bus trip service!
Departing there was not enough room for my luggage and the driver wanted my big luggage and me on the front sit of the van.
The return trip was an absolute nightmare, with almost 3 hours delay and an overall terrible experience. We were left in Hanoi with our luggages at 10pm 2 blocks from our hotel... the buses or vans are rented by various parties and the driver didnt know where we and other customers needed to be dropped off.

I had a bad experience booking a boat trip around Ha Long bay, Vietnam. The only reason this isn’t a 1 star review was that the travel agent, Mỹ Uyên, was great throughout, she was very helpful, great at communicating and fixed the problems that BestPrice caused. I feel like she was let down by poor admin and organisation from the company. I booked online, then got an email the next day apologising that the boat trip I had paid for was actually full due to an admin error and I was offered alternative trips to transfer the booking to. I looked at the itineraries for each and picked the next best option, and had to pay extra for that option. When arriving at the actual boat, the itinerary for the trip was completely different to that advertised on Best Price Travel. Again, Mỹ Uyên apologised for this due to another company error and offered us a free meal which we went to and the restaurant told us there was no booking for us and that we would have to pay ourselves because BestPrice hadn’t booked it. It took over half an hour for Mỹ Uyên to resolve before we could start our free meal. The whole experience just felt unorganised and every step was spoiled by something very avoidable. I would not recommend this company and I won’t use them again due to repeatedly poor experience at every step.

Mia Nguyen was very helpful organising our trip to Halong Bay and helping with last minute cars etc. very responsive and excellent service

Best price Travel organized an 8 week tour for my husband and I of Thailand, Cambodia and Vietnam. We worked with MsHang/Moon to set the itinerary and activities who was always very responsive and helpful during the planning process as well as throughout our trip. The hotels were always in a great central location with good amenities. Excursions were well organized, informative and enjoyable. Drivers and guides were courteous, on time and very knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 month tour and sincerely appreciate the support and wonderful customer service we received through BestPrice Travel.
