I've seen some reviews talking about communication issues and the such and I was hoping that I did not make a mistake by placing an order. All I can say is that everything is PERFECT! I orders 500 shot glasses with candles to be engraved for my cousins funeral.The process was seamless,Natasha called me to advise on font etc.Excellent product all delivered on time for event.

They never reached out to tell me they didn’t have enough of what I ordered in stock, I found out when the arrival date I put came and went. Also some of the replacement items came broke. But the replacements were nice and they came quickly, the day before the event.

Natasha was great to work with! There was a slight error with my order but she took the time to listen and direct me to the appropriate party. Overall, favors were great. Our guests loved them and so did I. I can’t wait to order again in the near future!

My first experience with this company was 3 years ago for my son's graduation party. The items were great, so I decided to use them again this year for my own graduation. I doubled my order this time. I could not have been more pleased. The art and quality did not disappoint. The prices are very affordable, and the quality is magnificent. I was mainly impressed with the customer service. Natalie B answered all emails within 24 hours. I was emailed the proofs to view and approve before any payment was taken. I received my order ahead of the requested date, and it was extremely securely packaged to prevent breakage. I love this company and highly recommend it.

I had a great experience with them. The prices for the favors that I ordered were very reasonable and the favors are perfect. They were delivered well before the promised date. I ordered shot glasses and they came out really amazing plus they’re not plastic, they’re actually glass. I look forward to ordering again for the next party.

ON TIME WITH ORDER

I absolutely love the personalized matches and mints that we got for my daughter’s wedding. It was 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding when I placed the order. We received our order on time. I highly recommend.

Only received part of my order. I am missing 18/55 boxes. Customer service responded by refunding all of the boxes which was very kind. I will now have to use gift bags for my remaining favors. The wine glasses are very cute and just as I had hoped. Despite this hiccup I would order from them again because the customer service was so nice.

They do great work. I've placed many orders and only had an issue with breakage once. I've ordered different types of glasses and they have all looked fantastic. And they're happy to help with designs you send in.

This company claims they do not charge you until the proof is approved. They sent a sample for approval and I immediately disapproved it and said I was no longer interested in receiving it. The proof was missing half of the information. Well they charged my card anyways on October 30th and refuse to correct their mistake. Keep I mind this item was never manufactured and sent to me but they still charged my card and will not correct it after back and forth emails for 2 months and a call with the manager. This is an extremely unprofessional company and I would highly recommend you steer clear and look at other options.

I need last minute rally towels for my best friends wedding. She decided she wanted her guests to wave them as her and the groom walked into the reception. They were very helpful with placing my order and got them delivered in time. I did have to pay extra to have them delivered sooner than normal but it was worth it. They both loved them.
