Great website, was able to go to the showroom and design my own new kitchen! Placed the order and picked up the cabinets from the warehouse, where the friendly staff carefully and professionally loaded my vehicle. The whole experience was smooth and easy, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone remodeling a kitchen.

Wow!! Amazed with the whole process from design to shipping. I worked with Rb and he was able to take my design from Ikea and work with it. Help me decided on island doors. Spent $11K on cabinets and was happy with the quality of wood and finishes. I was going to go with Ikea, but BOC quality is was better. Received some damage door and replacements was sent in 2 days. My parents love my kitchen and wants me to do their kitchen now.

The team at BOC got back to me after a lengthy wait and sent another drawer and a set of trash cans at their expense to compensate for my missing cans. It took quite a bit longer than my original quote, but they made things right in the end.

The cabinets showed up on time, however one of the cabinets houses two pull out trash cans. I was quoted a month for the trash cans to be shipped as they were out of stock. Three months later I’m being told there’s still no ETA and have been offered a refund of $31. The problem is that the cans are a special size that isn’t available elsewhere. The cabinet hasn’t been usable for three months with no estimate as to when the cans will send and no options to rectify the situation.

Very happy with my purchase and Customer Support is the best I've encountered for online ordering. They're response times are super fast. I had a very complex order with lots of changes and, everything was delivered correctly. The cabinets are beautiful and great quality. I ordered the Lunar White Shaker

This is my forth time using Best On Line Cabinets to redo kitchens. Every time has been a pleasure. The quality of the cabinets were top notch, exactly as described on their website. The few rare times items were damaged in shipment they made it right every time. I will be using them in the future.

I had such a wonderful experience with Best Online Cabinets! Firstoff, the array of styles and designs to choose from is outstanding. Service-wise, my hats off to RB, my designer! He is a 10+ (10 being the highest) with his fantastic customer service. From the design ideas, to the (seems like) never ending back and forth of revisions and additions - RB was so patient, friendly and yet so professional and so knowledgeable he made things easier for me to understand and deal with. Any questions I asked, he dealt with good explanation and clarity. And he replies so promptly! Sometimes even after I sent an email, he would reply simultaneously! Easy to order. Fast service and good customer service

Bought our original kitchen cabinets a year ago. Placed an additional order for a few more matching base cabinets. Same great quality products and customer service as before.

Great cabinets at a great price high quality and great customer service

After i ordered i heard nothing. I finally called and was given a vague answer on when it would ship. I had to call a second time to find out - no one followed up. I was then told it would take 6-10 days. It took three weeks and no one ever contacted me. I had to call BOC repeatedly for any information. They were quick to blame their freight company and took no responsibility for anything.
I then needed to order some fillers to finish the job - i begged them to pull it quick and overnight it. I would pay for it. I heard nothing back from them After the initial order - NO FOLLOWUP. i finally called after 10 DAYS and they quickly blamed their warehouse a and said it would be sent that day -it's now 3 days later and its not sent yet.
BOC has destroyed my job timeline and I will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN. I don't need their aggravation.

I have just ordered cabinets dealing with sales rep RB throughout 1 month process. He is very patient, knowledgeable of product, and works for the customer. The company is very FORTUNATE to have RB as an employee making the ordering/design process seamless for the customer.

I was supposed to have my kitchen fully delivered at the end of December 2020.
We have now reached March 5th and after many many failed shipments with either wrong or damaged pieces I received what should have been my last shipment today. Only to see that this is also damaged... designers are mediocre at best and the costumer service is no better.
Fight after fight with the company.

I would not recommend using them.

We are very happy with our purchase . There was a problem in the delivery with several items missing and or damaged but BOC was wonderful in rectifying the situation in a very timely manner and keeping us informed of the orders status. Our new kitchen is absolutely beautiful! We would definitely recommend BOC

Best price, great quality, very knowledgeable and customer service was above and beyond!! Had to make several changes in our order and mistakenly ordered wrong things but every agent I spoke to was very helpful in correcting my mistakes. I’ll definitely order again when needed and recommend BOC to everyone!

Beautiful Cabinets/ Great Customer Service
The cabinets are quite beautiful and generally well built. For someone that is not familiar with drawer hardware and roll out tray hardware the assembly of the drawer tracks and rollout tracks and placement may be overwhelming. The reason for docking one star is
1) the lack of quality instructions within the packaging.
2) packaging leaves a lot to be desired and damage resulted to some pieces because of poor packaging.
Customer service is exceptional. All parts damaged were replaced promptly. Be sure to take plenty of pictures of the order upon arrival as recommended. Good documentation will be the key to getting replacements. Examine all components for hidden damage, particularly doors as they don't have enough padding for corners to avoid damage in some cases.

Cabinets were received with some items damaged and all the drawer and door handles missing. Contacted BOC for replacements, which they sent, but it took almost 2 months.
I also reported that 2 of the base cabinet doors are warped, and they said they are sending replacements, but it’s been over a month and they haven’t shipped them yet.
Add to this that the premarked holes for the door hinges don’t line up with the hinges, so you have to guess, and the drawer boxes and drawer fronts aren’t predrilled or marked, so you’re on your own. It’s been impossible to get the doors and drawers to line up. Also, some items had no instructions at all.
