Do not order from this company until…
Do not order from this company until they stop using FedEx. I placed an order about 3 weeks ago and have paid customs charges but still not received my parcel due to the incompetence of FedEx who have had me waiting at home on 2 occasions and never attempted delivery.

Dear Mr Scott,
Very sorry to hear about your experiences. I believe that your parcel was just delivered this morning? We have refunded your shipping costs since this clearly is not the service level we aim to offer, or expect from our partners. In spite of everything I hope your fine wines will still be enjoyed in the end.
