Don’t go anywhere near this company or any associated sites/links which are a scam. I ordered a shark vacuum before Christmas and it has not arrived despite Royal Mail showing that they have delivered something to me. This is a cute trick, I received a letter asking me to confirm a PIN number contained within the letter but I haven’t received the vacuum. The letter, is clearly a con and it enables Royal Mail to have a record that something has been delivered. The letter does not provide a registered company number or address, it’s not signed and it shows two locations which are places of residence, not a stockist and supplier. It’s a fake!!!

The seller responded to several emails advising that I would receive a replacement which did not arrive. The seller, Nordic Roslyn ltd (not registered with companies house) does not exist and the emails (non were signed) from them and from Vac Point which is also given as a point of contact have now ceased, and no-one answers any of the phone numbers.

Paid for hoover via paypal on 5th Jan,said they delivered item on 7th Jan,it was a poorly typed unprofessional receipt of invoice for the Hoover, sadly content does not state that,just a generic letter said we will aim to deliver bla bla bla,the letter came and it read,verification by pin code ,it was meant to be signed for this letter, but it was just posted through the door,it was not signed for by myself ,although a signature was taken,raised concerns with the company,the CCTV footage shows no delivery at the time I allegedly signed the letter, they email me at 1045pm and state it's a logistic error and that goods are in transit, Be warned and weary,trying to get money back,not sure how.Managed to get money back from paypal, proved signature for pin code letter was not authorised by me,received a refund on 18th Jan .

I paid as others have done via Paypal and have never received the goods. I am assuming that they will never arrive. Do not use this company.

process was very slow due to Xmas but got the item.

Never received product and the seller scammed me by sending me a 'pin code' to trick PayPal into thinking I had got my item.

SCAM! Don’t buy from here. It’s not real. In the process of trying to get money back.
If anyone has advice on how you got your money back from this company, please please let me know!

This is a scam. Do not buy from them, never received hoover, got a letter instead that was tracked, then the seller claimed this was him sending the hoover.
