Mechanic came about 40mins after phoning. Was not able to fix it roadside so gave as a tow back home so we could sort it from there.

they keep say stuff like "you've placed a deal" but no idea what that means. it does sound like my giving them the payment but then we got nothing for it except more confusing nonsense....keep away

What's not to like about free breakdown cover. Easy to do.

Appalling website! Would not take my purchased voucher code and would not load the next page… Had to persevere for 25 minutes. Tried ringing customer service… No answer, gave up after 40 minutes waiting!

Not had to use the breakdown recovery yet thank goodness, but very easy to purchase using a Groupon voucher! Excellent value for money!

I've now covered both our cars having purchased via Groupon for what was a great price. It's good that they cover older vehicles since one of mine is a classic car over 50 years old, which some firms won't cover, or charge extra for, as my previous breakdown cover insurer did, even though it's probably better maintained than many on the road.

The sign up process was straightforward and the first set of 'paperwork' came through the next day.

The only issue has been that when I signed up the second car, on a separate policy, it showed that my email address and phone number were already in use (yes, by me!) so I had to put an alternative email and phone number.

In some ways it would have been better to have a single policy with multiple cars on it rather than a one car per policy limit. Probably no good for someone who has several cars unless you arrange something with them?

Hopefully the second lot of paperwork arrives promptly to one of my email addresses.

This company is a total rip off - do not buy anything from them - they will not take any item back no refund! poor quality - not like the ad - totally unuseable ! they deserve a negative review but that wasn't an option. stay away from them

Simple to set up but te proof is in the pudding as it has not been tried yet.

Where can I find negative stars?? This company is a RIPOFF!! Buyer beware!!! Suck ass shoes!!! Took forever to get here. When they did finally come, I was so disappointed in the quality!! It sucks in every sense of the word. They aren't even real Sketchers. And they came unlaced which is strange and unusual. These ppl need to be stopped! They are ripping off ppl all over the globe!!! Stealing their money and lying needs to be stopped!!!
