We were very happy with your company from start to finish. From our sales person Janice in Cheshire and John, to our installers Joel and Henry. They were all very professional, friendly and very easy to work with. We purchased the Extreme Playscape and are so happy with the quality of materials and the excellent installation. We can’t wait for the little grandkids to enjoy and have fun. I had to try it out and that slide was amazing! We highly recommend Best in Backyards to anyone who wants the best backyard in the neighborhood! Thank you all so much!

Had our grandchildren's swing set delivered and set up today. Henry and Maco were right on time-they set up the entire set efficiently and without any problems or issues. They did a wonderful job!! The kids are thrilled with the set and we adults are just as thrilled with the quality of the set--looking forward to many years of outdoor fun!!

Daniel, Armando, Estuardo, and Gustavo did a fantastic job at my home last Thursday (5/25/23). In just a single day they removed my old 10'x13' Vinyl Shed that had been destroyed by a fallen tree branch as well as built on-site a new 10'x14' A-Frame shed with vinyl siding, 6' doorway, and ramp. They arrived promptly at 8 am and worked virtually non-stop until after 5 pm. Their workmanship as well as their work ethics were outstanding and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased with the look and exceptional quality of the end product. Thanks for an outstanding experience.

I purchased my shed through Lowes in April, and it was not installed till September. The first time it was supposed to be installed, Backyard Products did even call to confirm or cancel date. Then another time the installer didn't want to come because it might rain for 15/30 minutes. (Why would you waste a whole day of work for 15/30 minutes of possible rain--It never rained at all on that day.) I ended up going through Lowes Executive Services because none of the management at the local Lowes (including the person who sold it to me) did anything to help me solve this issue-and I had been paying for the shed.)
After many months and finally installed I had a concern about a particular way something was installed and all they had to say (of course no one from Backyard Products would speak with me the whole time) was as far as they were concerned my installation was complete. Lousy customer service. I even called Heartland Shed and never got a response.

Bryan,Joel,Miquel and Alexis of Best in Backyards did a fantastic job putting up my new composite deck. They worked very hard at all times and finished the job on schedule. They were courteous and always on time. I am also having a Hot Tub and new paver patio being put in by Best in Backyards also. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new deck. They are definitely a 5 star company,and I hope to do business with them again in the near future!

Terrible product and install of very expensive pergola. Not structurally safe. Have not rectified after many attempts. Avoid this racket at all costs.

The Shed I purchased looks great and is well put together. Seems are tight and craftsmanship is high. Delivery right to the back of my yard was not a problem

We love the swing set. This installation was quick but we were told it came with sand for the sandbox and it did not. Also they didn't even have the liner for the bottom of the sandbox. They came back after I called to complain. For such an expensive product I thought the service would be a little better.

I had spoken to one rep on the phone and he gave me a lot of info so all I had left to do was come in and pick out my shed. Another rep in their showroom in Mahopac showed me some demo units and gave me all my different options. Everyone was very knowledgeable and the guys who did the install were great, put the shed right where I wanted it on the Dot.

Easy to place order. Helpful sales staff. Shed was installed on date promised. Great quality shed.

Great installation, straight forward and exactly what I ordered. I would recommend them to anybody who wants to purchase a in-ground basketball system and have it installed correctly and in one day. I've had it for about a month now, my kids play everyday on it and have no issues.

Everything was great about Best in Backyards, from our initial phone consult to the installation. Our son loves his beautiful new swing set, and appreciates the small touches like the telescope attachment. It's very high quality- wood and all the parts attached

My grandkids ask their parents to come to Mimi and Pappy house every weekend to play !

Almost perfect experience. The kids love the swingset. I would have given it a perfect score except I never received the reminder email about delivery. Other then that it was a great service and swing set.

Very well-built shed - which is why I chose BIB over the competition. Two down sides: higher cost, but I've found you get what you pay for, and long lead time (6 weeks), but they delivered on the exact day and time promised. Installation went quickly with no problems - delivery truck had several cement pavers used for foundation. Happy with the shed and would recommend to friends.
