They collected the 6 doors on Saturday and delivered back to me 2 weeks later on a Saturday. I am very impressed with the doors, they have turned out great.
I would highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again

I found finding reviews difficult for getting doors stripped. The communication that I had online and over the phone was first rate. The doors collected on time and delivered back as agreed approximately 10 days later. The driver who picked up the doors and returned them was very helpful. We had 9 doors stripped and we have been impressed with the results. Our doors are circa 90 years old and look like new ( with a few dents). Very impressed and beyond our expectations.

This is a great company. From the initial contact phone call to the delivery of the stripped, finished doors, all went perfectly and everything they promised they delivered. The doors were returned almost like new. Business-like and extremely friendly along with very competitive prices make this the premier choice if you want any door stripping. Thoroughly recommend.

Our experience with this company was a disaster from start to finish. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We had four internal doors stripped and sanded and they came back completely broken and unusable. The doors had been knocked out of shape so do not fit back in the frames. We have contacted the company numerous times and they will offer no refund or compensation despite the fact that we are £450 and four doors out of pocket. If this isn’t enough to put you off using them then the rest of our experience with then was also terrible. We were given contradictory information over the phone about whether the handles etc needed removing and when the delivery driver arrived to collect them he then tried to upsell to us which was confusing and stressful as it made us doubt the service we had chosen. We were told the doors would take one week but heard nothing for two weeks and couldn’t get hold of them. They then informed us the day before they were due to be returned that the paint needed to be removed by hand which would cost extra. We had no alternative but to pay it. By this time i had read the other terrible reviews and just wanted our doors back. When the doors were eventually returned we were then told we had to pay by cash which stupidly we did as we were just so desperate to get the doors back by this point. Unfortunately my partner wasnt home when they were returned and while the paint had been stripped and sanded, the doors were completely out of shape and had he been here we wouldn’t have accepted receipt of them. Unfortunately I didn’t realise this. We have had no compensation for our broken doors and they haven’t replied to my last email and refuse to discuss the issue over the phone. Please avoid at all costs.

Just wanted to say how thrilled we are with our ‘new’ doors. Excellent service, collection and delivery spot on and doors look amazing. Angel available for advice when needed. Would certainly recommend and are likely to use again. Thank you

Had my teak patio dining table and 6 chairs stripped, sanded and re-oiled. Has come up like new and given us another decade of life for a reasonable fee compared to a replacement cost. Excellent service with pick up and delivery, highly recommend using this firm.

Brilliant service from Angjel and the chaps from Best door stripping, saves such a lot of work in trying to strip many doors all at once and the finish is just amazing, old doors are soooo much better than anything you can buy off the shelf these days so well worth renovating in this way.

You also were very helpful when I hadn’t arranged a cash payment and enabled me to pay online through my bank.

Came to pick up the doors I needed stripping when they said they would. They dropped them off a couple of days later, as agreed, and did a good job stripping them. What more could you ask?

Quite apart from this review I would recommend going with the sanding & waxing service - I didn't and after a good day's worth of sanding I wish I had!
